Vacation rentals with beach access in Šibenik-Knin County

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The equipment includes everything you need, there were even more things than in the description. Contact with Antonia was seamless and very fast, and all of our additional wishes were fulfilled. The location is superb - beaches, several restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk, while still being quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great vacation :)

Franko is just super communicative and always willing to give advice. The apartment was absolutely top, super clean and equipped with everything you need - iron, washing machine and so on. The location is just perfect, right on the sea with restaurants nearby and even your own at your doorstep. I highly recommend. Thank you Franko for the great time!

Danira’s apartment is a great place to stay if you’re planning to explore south of Šibenik. It is very tastefully furnished, has a great view over the bay and, what impressed us the most, has EVERYTHING you may ever need during your stay. I must say Danira goes well beyond what’s standard in other apartments in Croatia so a huge thumbs up from me. The location is also very practical. It’s only around 2-3 minutes on foot from the nearest beach and 10 minutes by car from a great peninsula where you can find proper wild beaches if that’s your thing.

Ivana and Mario’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the balcony and hot tub at the end of the day. We did have a car, so close enough to all of Split’s activities. The hosts were always available and responsive to questions and our needs. Thanks you!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. The property is about a 5-minute walk from the sea or a minute's drive to the nearest village, where you can find a children's playground right on the beach, but also take a nice walk in the more wild landscape. We didn't want a big place flooded with people, where everything is urbanized, but a place where you can walk along the coast for half an hour or even an hour without meeting anyone. For the children, the place is perfect in my eyes. Leave your cell phone at home and enjoy nature. Milena and her husband were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Definitely a clear recommendation!

Very nice ,clean accommodation in the quiet place Betina, everything worked well from the landlord, wishes were done immediately. Of course, there are not so many offers of restaurants, etc., but there are also very good restaurants in Murter at this time, and they can be reached in a few minutes. Anyway, great! Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was small but had everything we needed, the garden, terrace and ocean view were amazing! Communication with Enzo and his mother was easy, so we can absolutely recomend the place!

Marin was probably the most lovely AirBnb host we have ever had. She is kind, considerate and exudes love and hospitality. Her home is an ideal comfortable space. We had been out on a charter sailboat and wanted to stay close after getting off the boat before going up to busy Split. She was flexible in our check in and check out times that worked well with our boat drop off times. She showed care for us that is above and beyond any we’ve ever experienced from a host. Her spotlessly clean, we’ll set up home was perfect for us to get some rest and relax for a couple of days. We found excellent restaurants in Marina town and as a result, it was a perfect combination of relaxation, a great home and a wonderful area,p. When we come back to go sailing again, we will 100% for sure stay at Marin’s beautiful place again and we definitely look forward to seeing Marin again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

We spent few nights in Split. Accomodation was great: felt new and was absolutely clean. We knew beforehand that the location was not that close to center and relied mostly on Uber/Bolt. The neighbourhood had all the necessary services, but there wasnt too much to see. As long as that does not bother you, the accomodation was great with private parking place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.
