We stayed for a month and had a great experience. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and friendly. There was a minor AC leak in the living room, but it didn’t affect our stay. The pool in the condo was nice, and the location was just fine for our work-and-travel setup.

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. This place is perfect. Quiet & cozy apartment, nice amenities, great location. Highly recommend staying here while exploring Kamala and other surrounding areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was always friendly and efficient. The location of the property is excellent: shopping is very close and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The size of the apartment met our expectations exactly (46 m²) and offered sufficient space for our stay. Only suggestion for improvement: The bed was a little less comfortable than expected as we felt the springs. Renewing the bed could significantly increase sleeping comfort. For more extensive cooking, the kitchen is less suitable due to its size and the equipment with only one hotplate (as shown in the pictures). Overall, we were very satisfied with the place and location and can recommend a stay here.

Very well ventilated apartment with some tasteful decor, impeccable view over Kata while remain secluded, it’s also a fun walk getting there, the hosts were hospitable and communicative, we truly enjoyed our stay!

this place was absolutely phenomenal. and the host was so kind and helpful! perfect location, great amenities, safe place and affordable! they do ask you to pay electricity at the end but it was so cheap. it was like $20 after a week stay for me. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Stay in a Stylish Penthouse! I had an incredible experience staying at this penthouse Airbnb in Bangtao. The space itself was modern, spacious, and spotless — with huge windows that let in tons of natural light and offered a great view of the city. It felt luxurious yet super comfortable, a perfect home base for my trip. One of the best parts was the location. It was right in the middle of a lively area, with tons of restaurants, cafes, and street food stalls just a short walk away. Whether I wanted a fancy dinner or a quick coffee, everything was super accessible. It made exploring local food and culture effortless and fun. The host was also very responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish place in a convenient, vibrant neighborhood!

We stayed at Nais place with my wife and 10y old son and we couldn’t be any happier, everything exceeded our expectations, we were super happy during our 11 days stay the location is absolutely perfect for families with kids. The Nai’s restaurant was excellent, great food, great service. Nai was a great host, always helpful, proactive, caring, we really enjoyed absolutely everything about this stay. We will definitely come back!!

Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

Overall, very good value for money. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the people are friendly.

Our stay here was great! In the evenings there was live music at the pool in the center of the courtyard, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. The pool and gym were great and the hours were the earliest we have seen. This location is a 10/10 we were able to walk straight out and been surrounded by amazing food options, massages and shopping. The beaches were not that long of a walk either. Paul was super responsive and the condo was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!

Olivier is a top host. Always available and help you with everything. Very attentive. Cleaning 2 times a week, which is really a top service. The view was beautiful. Nice swimming pool and parking underground. 24-hour security available.

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

Location of the stay is making it perfect for anything (Food, Tour travellers, Beach, 7eleven, Currency exchange, Massage and walking street). Everything was good and we had a great experience.

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.
