Fantastic wee place , felt more like staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel,, very clean and tidy with everything you need,, being just out of town it was nice and quiet

We had a truly wonderful stay at Bluff Knoll House! The location is peaceful, scenic, and full of charm — the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Kylee was a fantastic host: thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She had left a lovely welcome note, some fresh eggs, and even a great collection of toddler books that kept our little one happily engaged throughout the trip. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully positioned with views of the hills and surrounding farmland. We especially loved the opportunity to feed the animals — such a special experience for the whole family. Everything was so well thought out that we honestly didn’t feel like we lacked anything. This farmstay is a hidden gem and we’d absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you, Kylee!

Beautiful home, amenities were just as described, and we were so happy to be able to bring our furry friend along for the stay! Peggy-Anne is a lovely host and was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. We’ll be back!

This is a great place to stay! Michael is very friendly and has heaps of information about local hikes to do. It is a perfect cottage for three adults, with two bathrooms and a good set up. Lots of detailed maps of local hiking trails are provided, and Mike is only too happy to have a chat about the history of the area, his family's involvement in the area, and lots more! Kitchen was reasonably well equipped, and that was a good thing, as cooking is a must here, as there aren't many options nearby for dining. Mount Barker is not far away though, so groceries can be obtained. The nearby Karribank place had nice sandwiches for lunch and good coffee. Would definitely check them out for dinner next time, as it seemed a great place with quality food. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back here!
