The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK, and we recommend it for up to 2 people, but if you don't mind being a little cramped, you can put 1 futon in the living room in addition to the 2 beds, and it can accommodate up to 3 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.

[About the price] There is a rental fee until the accommodation of 4 people. From 5 people onwards, an additional fee of 3500 yen per person will be charged. Why not enjoy both the winter sports meccas of Rusutsu and Niseko and enjoy the powder snow. There is 1 Western-style room and 2 Japanese-style rooms. All rooms are heated, have beds, and can be locked, so you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner stove, large sink, fridge, range, rice cooker, toaster, condiments, and plenty of dishes. You can have fun cooking. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.

In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
