love the location and there’s also many convenience stores (7e and lawson) on our way back to home. the house is well equipped and comfortable to accommodate 2 person.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

Large accommodation compared to what can be found in Tokyo, the apartment is well located close to the metro. Very good for 2 people.

It was so nice to travel with my child and a family of four. Elevator, washing machine, dryer, toothbrush You can think of it as a regular unmanned hotel. It wasn't long, so it was pleasant. 7-Eleven right in front It was comfortable because it was comfortable. It was inevitable that luggage could not be stored, so that was a pity compared to a hotel. I want to come back.

A small but cozy shared homestay! Hideco is very kind and is always there to help if you need anything. She also has great travel tips, so make sure to ask The room was quite small but had a table and some storage space in the closet for clothes and items. The beds were extremely comfy and the pillows are some of the best I’ve ever tried. Power bricks are provided for each bed. There was limited space in the refrigerator, but we had enough for our things. There is also a kitchen and a pop-out table to eat on. The balcony has a great view, and sometimes you can also see Mount Fuji in the distance! Clothes washing can be arranged for up to 600 yen per load. Or you can wash it yourself for 300. Make sure to ask Hideco where to find the towels. Kami itself is a lovely town with quite a few shops and cafes to explore, as well as some really beautiful parks nearby. Make sure to explore!

It was nice to be close to the station, and there were good restaurants nearby. The street wasn't noisy at night, and it's soundproof! Above all, it seemed like you always kept the building clean, and you were so kind when I had any questions.🙂

We spent our last night in Tokyo at Sakura House, and it was the perfect way to wrap up our Japan journey. The space was beautifully presented—absolutely spotless, warm, and inviting. The amenities were exceptional—everything we needed was right there, well-organised and in perfect working order. Whether it was kitchen essentials, bathroom supplies, or just those small thoughtful touches, it was all handled with care and attention. The host was fantastic—genuinely helpful and always quick to assist whenever we had questions. Sakura House is not only a wonderful place to stay, but also excellent value for money. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped base in Tokyo. We’d gladly return!
