Vacation rentals with a patio in Shibuya

Very cozy homestay!The lighting is very good, the environment is very clean, the house is also very close to the subway station, it is very convenient to go out, there are many delicious and fun places around, a great experience!

Very cozy room, Japanese decoration, the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere on the nearby Yamanote line, that is, there is a deviation between the location and the actual location marked on Airbnb, we went to the wrong location at the beginning, also we have three days, but the room has only one day toiletries, we did not tell the host in advance, resulting in a small toothpaste used for three days... Overall, I hope the next host can prepare toiletries based on the number of check-in days.🫶🏻

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

Yasuhiko was a fantastic host. He provided lots of information and updates throughout our trip that were extremely useful. His apartment was very conveniently located to reach a number of top locations throughout Tokyo. The neighbourhood was also prime and we should have spent way more time there than we did. This place was amazing, we will be looking to come back whenever we book another trip to Tokyo!

We had a very good stay! The location is convenient, just a short walk to the subway. While we often had to transfer lines to reach other parts of the city, getting around was still fairly easy. There’s a supermarket nearby that’s open until 1:00 AM, which was super handy, and lots of restaurants stay open late too. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the street noise at night—possibly due to a nearby hospital, as we often heard ambulances and the occasional loud motorcycle or crow outside. It did disturb our sleep a bit, but of course, this isn’t something the host can control. It’s just part of staying in a lively big city. Overall, a great place with lots of convenience!

Great place, great location, great neiborhood. We rented this place at discount so it was superb value for the money. I would not rent it for the full price through. Building seems very new as well as the room. Internet connection was good. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but OK. It was very quiet, we slept with open window. You can't hear big road, so you can sleep peacefully. And it's very close to everything, Metro, sky tree mall, a lot of combini shops around.

Spacious, cosy & stylish. Enormous living room with beautiful long table and work/play room with board games. Bedrooms with large wardrobes, firm beds but pillows are low, host is kind enough to provide backups. It is on 2nd floor so prepare to climb a few steps. Entrance may be a bit tricky to locate at first, especially at night. Walkable to 7-11, drug store, public bath, supermarket & Jindaiji. Bus to Keio Chofu st. (to Shinjuku) or JR Mitaka or Kichijoji st. (to Tokyo & Akihabara), Inokashira Park & Ghibli Museum. Driving-wise it's next to Chofu IC of Chuo Expressway, so you can drive to Shinjuku in 30 mins w/o traffic. Plenty cooking utensils. Soundproof is wonderful - barely any noise from nearby highway, but could feel vibration sometimes. While it can cater 6+ pax, it has only 1 bathroom which may be inconvenient to larger party. Smooth & swift communication with hosts. Recommend to anyone wants to stay in bigger & well-kept house within reasonable distance from proper Tokyo.

The place is great especially for a family. It was clean and just beside sumida park. We had a great stay.

Very happy to be able to stay in Mr. Zhang's B&B.The windows of the room are very soundproof, allowing us to sleep peacefully every night, both bathrooms are very clean, and the supplies are very sufficient, the towels are very clean in all aspects, and when we left, Mr. Zhang also came to see us off, thank you very much for the thoughtful arrangement!🙏

We used Momoe’s place as a “home base” and wasn’t there much during the day. It definitely met our needs as a family of 4 with two kids (8 &5). They have a small area that entertained our littles for short periods. Great restaurants within walking distances and the Subway Station is walkable too. Very clean as well.

A great house for 4x adults occupying 3x bedrooms, near train stations and easy access around tokyo and walking distance into Asakusa, would recommend.

We had a great stay as a group of five! The house is spacious with four bedrooms and three toilets, which made it comfortable for everyone. The place was clean, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and the house is very close to the subway station. A couple of things to note: the stairs are narrow, which could be tricky with big suitcases or for anyone with mobility issues. There’s only one shower (we knew before booking), so we had to take turns, but it worked well with good hot water. Also, there aren’t many mirrors apart from the one near the bathroom, which made getting ready a bit inconvenient. It wasn't a big issue but would be nice to have mirrors in bedrooms to get ready. Overall, a very nice stay—we’d definitely recommend it.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Excellent place to stay in Tokyo. Apartment was spacious and really well kept. Besides, was really well located: just 2 minutes walk from a JR station and 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Furthermore, very nice host. He explained how to forward the luggage and allowed us to leave hand luggage before check in time. He even left us some drinks and was always responsive. Also, he arranged us a private driver to go to Mt Fuji with a very reasonable price, which turned out to be the best day we had during our stay in Tokyo. Coming back to Tokyo, I would think twice where to stay.

This is a such a great place with all the luxury living supplies. The brand new house is quiet, modern and very convenient to get the subway, the convenience store and restaurants as well. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house to stay!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This condo was the perfect way to end our trip to Japan. Everything was better than expected in a great area. Alice was very responsive and flexible when it came to our checkout and made the end of the trip as stress free as possible. Will be booking again for my next trip!

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.
