We would absolutely stay here again, the property completely matched the photos and the host was very responsive. We had such a great stay, highly recommend!

We enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend at this lakeside retreat. It was a nice getaway but we were still only 10 minutes from everything.

The bar has been raised! We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years but this one is by far the best place. The house is bright, walking distance to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard is perfect for gatherings with a wonderful fire pit. More importantly, everything you could think about was available: shampoo, extra blankets, extra pillows, spices, plenty of cooking utensils, multiple coffee makers… and the list goes on. This place will definitely be in our radar during our next trip to CT.

Lovely little studio space, very clean which is always my first priority! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town! Favorite was using the beach chairs to enjoy the nearby view of the sound! Thank you Sue! Always prompt with your replies! 🤗

Lee's place was a charming place. Its cozy and comfort to stay in. They have all the amenities needed for a good stay. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants gas stations and highway. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again

Philister was an exceptional host! She responded quickly to our inquiries, always with politeness and courtesy. The basement apartment was immaculate and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, with towels neatly stored in drawers and extra bedding available in the bedroom closet. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary kitchenware. It was a wonderful place for my family, who thoroughly enjoyed their stay. On the second to last night, the shower experienced a backup, causing sewage water to overflow onto the tile and shower base. We contacted Philister about the issue, and she promptly apologized and dispatched someone to address the problem. The issue was swiftly resolved, and everything was in order when we returned. While such issues can happen, Philister’s prompt and effective response truly reflects her 5-star rating. I would definitely book with her again!

Hosts were very good with communication. Location is central. Perfect if visiting Fairfield University.

This is our 2nd stay at Cedar Spring Farm and we were fortunate to be able to stay several days. The Cottage is the perfect place to relax and recharge. It’s a wonderful quiet serene space with luxurious touches that make it seem like home. (Ok, it’s really better than home!) Thoughtful extras like snacks and food/activity recommendations were appreciated. Our pups loved exploring the property. If we’re ever back in CT, we’d love to stay again!
