“The Lonely Goat Farm was a great little place just off the beaten path. We loved the sense of privacy and quaintness that it offered. The little touches that Kelly made available such as coffee, bottled water, and La Croix were not unnoticed. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Within minutes of both I-64 and downtown Shelbyville, this house was in a great location for getting around to multiple other locations (Lousiville, Frankfort, Shelbyville) in the area. It was nice and clean and well-stocked (blankets, pillows, plenty of cooking utensils and K-cups). The host was incredibly responsive to several questions that we had and was easy to work with. We had two small boys with us, so the upstairs game room was a lifesaver! They were too small for the foosball and air hockey, but enjoyed the myriad card/board games/puzzles/Legoes. The neighborhood, though busy, was quiet and, as a fun extra, heavily decorated for Christmas! I felt comfortable taking walks on my own. There was also a great park within half a mile (couldn't walk to it due to country roads, however) that kept us occupied with trails, playground, and a big sand area. We will be staying here again!”

“I stayed several nights at Chance's home! PROS: - peaceful neighborhood - free bottled water & coffee (you have water in your room & a Keurig with pods provided with sugar, creamer) - homely comfort ( plenty of pillows on my bed, king size mattress that melts to your body) - Fast responses (usually after a day/night I have noticed that hosts get lazy with replying to messages but not Chance! Fast reply every time!) - Hospitable host ( Chance greeted me at the door, offered me pop/soda within a few mins of my arrival & he bought us guests dinner! ) - Cleanliness ( Everything is well maintained from the bedroom to the shared bathroom to the towels) - Fast wifi & reliable ( no problems streaming TV shows/movies or video chatting) - Close to restaurants/food places ( you're about 2 miles from a pizza joint & gas station as well as a plaza of stores) CONS: NONE! OVERALL: This man checks every box when it comes to my high expectations of staying at an Airbnb! He could be charging way more money for these rooms, the quality of the service, the size of the rooms, the amenities, etc. Even the decor in the rooms is spectacular! He doesn't just have a relaxing & comfortable home to stay at but Chance is cool to chat with too. It's not often to have a host so personable & at the same time provide such exceptional service through Airbnb. If I'm in the area, I will stay at Chance's home & I definitely recommend you to do the same!”
