My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! Met our kids halfway. The backyard playground was a lifesaver for our 5 year old grandson! He loved the zip line! Good job on the whole build. The home hosted us easily and the beds were comfortable. Host is very good at communicating. Location is great also. Grocery shopping wasn’t far away. We would stay here again! Thanks for having us!

I traveled with my family. The five of us were very comfortable in Nathan and Dee's home. It suited us perfectly. It was very clean and was as pictured. The neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. We gathered at this beautiful property to honor my late father-in-law on what would’ve been his 80th birthday. It was the perfect location for us all to get together and spend time talking about old memories and making new memories after 8 months without him. So much space! So much to do! The kids kept themselves busy every day between the theater, game room, and outdoor area. TVs everywhere which was perfect for game day! The hosts checked in on us via messaging and were quick to respond when we reached out to them with questions. This was a great home and experience... We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful home! Extremely cozy and comfortable. Our stay was for a friend get together primarily spent in the house and we all enjoyed it! Plenty of room and space to relax, enjoy some TV, play games, and eat together.

Felicia was very communicative before check in and explained everything perfectly for check in, WIFI, etc. The house was very clean, spacious and inviting. The area was quiet and close enough to get to the places I needed to go while in Birmingham. My only dislike was that the camera in the living room is technically on while you are there, even though it is covered, I feel as though that camera should be disabled while there are guests. Other than that, this place was great. Thank you Felicia for having such a nice home for travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family stay for Christmas was perfect. It is close to any shopping you may need. The hosts are always quick to respond. The plus for Christmas is the neighborhood is completely decorated. I would definitely stay here again .

Great location that was walkable to restaurants, bars and coffee; very close to the airport (~10 minutes); and 20 minutes from Barber Motorsports. The rental was tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Erica was quick to respond to any questions we had about parking (which was ample).

Tiffani was very King and very informative. This was my second time staying at this property and like last time I enjoyed it.

Great space for hosting additional family for the Thanksgiving holiday! House was clean and as described on the listing. There is only 1 full bathroom available during the stay so please be advised that overnight guest will need to share. Host was very accommodating and provided fast responses when needed.
