Excellent experience at Fernando's place! As described, everything worked (including the AC), clean, and comfortable. Walking distance to Mass Ave and KU. I highly recommend it!

Very nice little 2 bedroom unit. You are in a basement so you do get a little of that musty basement smell when you walk in but nothing overwhelming. As mentioned in the listing you will hear the dogs upstairs and people moving around and such until 10-12 at night but again it was as described and nothing I felt was excessive. Definitely did not keep me from falling asleep or wake me up at any point.

Really nice spot if you don’t want to worry about driving to places, lots of restaurants and places to shop as soon as you leave the place. You feel cozy and right at home once you come back from places!

We loved this apartment! It was wonderful to have two outdoor seating options and to have walking paths so close by. It is also walkable to other nearby paths and to Mass Street and nearby restaurants and shopping. We loved the little coffee shop below. We will definitely be back!

Place has a very comforting mid century feel complete with old school appliances and was a very relaxing space to stay in.

Erin’s Air BNB was homey, tidy, comfortable and as described. We fully enjoyed our stay and Erin was available for questions throughout our stay. Next time I’m in Lawrence, I’ll hit Erin up again!! Linda

The house was very clean and felt very comfortable. Oswaldo responded to my questions very quickly. There are many beautiful house plants inside and out. I would definitely recomend this place and would rent it again myself. In my opinion, the kitchen is absolutely beautiful!!!!! Thank you Benita

An awesome option if you’re going to Topeka. At the last minute, I had to extend my trip and found this Airbnb to be one of the few available. Although it wasn’t extremely close to the area I was needing to be, nothing in Topeka seemed to be more than a 10 min drive. The homes on the street are well kept and this Airbnb is no exception. If you are planning to cook on your visit, this is absolutely the home you want! The kitchen is the stuff dream are made of. The rest of the home is updated as well and one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The mattress on the queen bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. This is a great option for anyone visiting Topeka.

Beautiful home. Nicely decorated. I especially like the seahorses/ocean decor. The living room couch was beautiful. Had a great stay and rested well from a long drive and a family wedding. Highly recommend. Would stay again if I’m in the area. Best regards, Marianne

This home is clean and as described, historic with charm and minimal decor. The fenced in yard was great to have for our dog. The location is right on the main street for downtown, which we didn’t realize and there is traffic and neighborhood noise quite late. All that to say, we were only there for one night on a weekend. The noise and neighborhood aren’t the house’s fault. It was a well cared for place to stay and right near the interstate, which is what we needed.

The home was the perfect size for my small family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and everyone enjoyed the space. However, the home is old and does show it's age. A few cosmetic upgrades are needed and it would have been nice if the backyard was fenced due to the steep hill. In closing it was a nice stay overall & would recomménd it for it's nice size & quiet neighnorhood.

I was driving cross-country and this was the perfect mid-point stop. A very clean, nice, and quiet place to rest and recharge. Brandon’s communication was quick and helpful. The check-in process was so easy and straightforward. The smart home features added to a great sense of security. I look forward to sharing this place and staying here in the future.

Nice little place for a short stay in Lawrence! We had everything we needed for cooking a dinner and the place was very clean. We would stay here again!

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Host was super responsive, the location was very walkable (would be especially good for football games and graduation), and the price was affordable.

Only stayed overnight, wish I could’ve stayed longer but I was last minute and it was taken. Nice, comfortable space to stay with all the amenities I needed plus some. I appreciated the quick responses to anything I needed. I’d recommend and stay there again for sure.
