Cozy, quiet…. Serenity Awaits

Very clean and easy to maintain place. A little smaller than the pictures look but it’s more than enough room for 1-2 people. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Salisbury area.
A gravel-covered parking area is enclosed by a white privacy fence. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting dappled shadows on the ground. A small building is visible in the corner, adding a sense of utility to the outdoor space.

Was a nice couple days we stayed was easy for my baby to run around and not have to worry about him getting out since it’s all gated in. Was very nice. Spent most of the time outside since inside was small and not much to do since it’s a camper but was nice. ! Would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Melanie’s waterfront home! The location was absolutely perfect right on the water with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. We loved having access to the kayaks, grill, and outdoor furniture it made it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the neighborhood was quiet with super friendly neighbors. Melanie was a fantastic host thoughtful, responsive, and even left us a list of local restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be excellent! This spot was exactly what we were looking for, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Apartment near Rehoboth/Lewes beach, sports & shop

Our family spent two nights there and loved it! Plenty of space for my husband and two young kids. Everything was new and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was kind and responded quickly. Would absolutely stay again. Often you find that pictures are a little deceptive and places end up smaller than you imagined from the pictures, the opposite is true this time. It was a lot bigger and roomier than I expected.
