Relax and unwind in our Farmhouse Retreat situated in the foothills of the McGillycuddy Reeks. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with fresh farm eggs and baked goodies. The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings. The house is a great base to explore the wonderful Gems that Co.Kerry has to offer. The house is a 10 min drive from Killorglin, 20 mins from Killarney and 1 hour drive from Dingle & Kenmare.

Our cosy cottage is open plan with a comfy double bedroom upstairs and handy pull out sofa bed downstairs ideal for 2 children/1 adult, a kitchenette, dryer and own garden sharing road access with the main house. Off the main Glenbeigh road, a short drive to Killorglin’s restaurants and cafes, 20 minutes to beautiful Killarney and 15 minutes drive to idyllic Rossbeigh beach. Follow the ring of Kerry to explore Valentia Island and Skellig Michael or west to magical Dingle and iconic Slea Head.

Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Set on a gentle slope, with panoramic views down to Dingle Bay and across to the Ivreagh peninsula, and the Conor Pass at the rear, our house is a quiet and restful place. The field on one side has an ancient 'standing stone' and looks towards the village of Lispole . On the other side is Dingle, 4km away with its sheltered harbour. In the fields on the headland opposite and nearby there are ring forts and standing stones.
