We absolutely love staying here with our pups, it is so peaceful and relaxing. To be able to walk down the deck stairs and be on the beach is amazing! Sunsets, wildlife, and natural surroundings are beautiful. As soon as we leave, we’re already ready to return… we can’t wait to plan another trip. Kate was an awesome host as always, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and checking in to make sure everything is great… 5 ⭐️ every time!

We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

The house was great for us as it had an elevator for our handicapped family member. It was close to the casinos and was very clean. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony and grill and were very satisfied with the wifi connection and other amenities. Steve is super friendly and we would definitely come back again. Thank you Steve, for hosting us!

We loved our time in the Getaway! It suited our needs, was very clean, and all instructions given by James were “right on”! From the extremely complete instruction manual to his responsiveness when we needed help, James was the best! The Getaway was well kept, had a collection of eclectic and modern furnishings all very durable. We loved that it had a porta crib, beach chairs, and umbrella. We never had any trouble finding street parking right in front of the house. We would stay there again. Thanks James!

We had a great stay! The house was stunning, close to the beach and the boardwalk. Mike met us at the house and showed us the house and the surroundings. We left a cell phone at house and checked prior to realizing it was still in there. Mike was actually out of the country and was doing his best to get the cell phone mailed to us. Much appreciated! Would love to stay again.

Kate was a great host and the house was perfect for us. It was clean and right on the water. We were there for a few days in April so the weather wasn’t great to go to the beach but the views from the house made for a lovely stay.

Conveniently Located - New Luxury Townhome

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect and the home was as pictured. The home itself is beautiful and spacious - great size for all of our guests. Super clean too! Such a cool place to visit if you’re in the area. It was walkable to the beach and a small wharf with great food and ice cream. Tara’s place is fully stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was only 10 minutes from the Delaware Sports Complex which was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!
