Vacation rentals with beach access in Sferracavallo, Palermo

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage! Das Meer ist so nah, dass man es von der Unterkunft aus rauschen hört. Perfekt für einen entspannten Strandurlaub. Giuseppe ist total unkompliziert und ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My stay in May was smooth and pleasant. The terrace offered beautiful sunset views, and the great location—close to the beach—had the best balance of accessibility and natural beauty in the area. The building is on a quiet side street, which made it feel private and peaceful, it's still Italy though. A grocery store, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby. Apartment and stay overall met all my expectations, and I’d gladly return. Communication with the host was super fast and friendly.

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Die Terrasse ist einfach eine Sensation und man will eigentlich gar nicht das Haus verlassen, weil die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Berge einfach toll ist. Terrasse von anderen Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Es gibt sogar mehrere Beleuchtungsoptionen für die Nacht - an alles ist gedacht. Einzig die Anfahrt durch die Altstadt ist je nach Autogröße nervenaufreibend, aber machbar. Es gibt aber auch kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (unter anderem über Easypark buchbar) direkt 2 Minuten ums Eck. Achtung im Sommer bzw. zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten: Es gibt im Ort verkehrsbeschränkte Zonen (ZTL), in die man mit dem Mietauto nicht reinfahren/durchfahren darf. Kameras erfassen alles und die Strafen können im Nachhinein richtig teuer werden. Einfach vorher informieren oder nachfragen.

Alles ausgezeichnet! Emanuele kümmerte sich ganz toll um uns und warnte uns sogar vor dem heimtückischen Meer. Die Dachwohnung ist super und genau wie dargestellt. Einzig beim Pricing sollte besser alles eingepreist sein. Es war eine Überraschung für Bettwäsche/Frottee separat zu zahlen. Ich würde stets alles einpreisen und dafür mit Wochen-Rabatten arbeiten. So ist klar kurz = teurer (legitim). Das ausgebessert, kann es nicht besser sein.

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

Ruim en schoon appartement met mooi uitzicht over de zee en de bergen. In Oktober erg rustige daar. De hosts waren super gastvriendelijk en gaven vele tips. Vlakbij het leuke plaatsje Castellamare del Golfo met een haventje (als je vroeg bent verse vis direct op de kade) en vele restaurantjes. Ook leuke strandjes in de buurt. Palermo is een uurtje en Trapani en Erice op ongeveer een ruim halfuurtje. Ook in Trapani hier op de kade particuliere verkoop van vis! Palermo is een knotsgekke stad met mooie architectuur. Moet je bezocht hebben! Wij hebben een prachtige week gehad!

Agata hat mich persönlich empfangen, alles erklärt, war sehr nett und hat mir sogar ein Taxi für den nächsten Morgen organisiert. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 100 m zur Stranpromenade mit vielen Restaurants. Ich habe much sehr wohl gefühlt

Logement incroyable avec vu sur la mer. Hôtel très gentil et réactif. Nous avons même eu droit à des gâteries pour notre arrivée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région! Je recommande!

hôtes très très accueillants, avec des attentions culinaires faites maison que toute la famille a dégusté. très belle maison avec tous les équipements nécessaires avec des ingrédients cuisine (dosette café, sel, huile d'olive). linge de lit et de toilette disponibles pour chaque personne, serviettes de plage également. La terrasse est très agréable pour dîner ou déjeuner à l'extérieur. la plage de sable accessible à quelques minutes à pied est très appréciable. le quartier est calme. Très réactif, disponible avec une communication amicale, chaleureuse et rapide. j'ai également apprécié le document transmis en avance et la prise de contact qui permet de préparer sereinement le séjour. bref le séjour était trop court. si nous revenons en Sicile, nous reviendrons certainement dans cette maison ou on se sent comme chez soi .

superbe séjour dans la propriété de Roberto, avec vue panoramique à couper le souffle,dans un très joli jardin située à 30 minutes de palerme, 20min de segeste... Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, sympathique ,de bons conseils, très disponible et réactif, et nous a même amené quelques douceurs pour le petit déjeuner. une adresse à conseiller !

Apparemment d’une propreté irréprochable, confortable et bien équipé. La vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Nous recommandons fortement. Le propriétaire nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Seul petit bémol le wifi ne passe pas dans les chambres ce qui entraîne pour nous francais un surcoût sur notre facture de téléphone. Un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle aurait été utile. Encore merci pour ce beau séjour.

Ez az apartman egyszerűen tökéletes. Egy igazi gyöngyszem Trabiában, közvetlenül a tengerparton. A hatalmas teraszról – ahol egy saját jacuzzi és egy teljesen felszerelt kültéri konyha is található – lélegzetelállító kilátás nyílik a tengerre, egészen a horizontig. Nappal és este is fantasztikus élmény innen csodálni a tengert. A lakás maga gyönyörűen berendezett, minden részletében igényes és makulátlanul tiszta. Modern, mégis otthonos – látszik, hogy szívvel-lélekkel lett kialakítva. A házigazdák rendkívül kedvesek, segítőkészek és rugalmasak. Bármilyen kérdésünk vagy kérésünk volt, azonnal segítettek, mindig elérhetők voltak. Ritkán találkozni ilyen figyelmes és gondoskodó vendéglátókkal. Ha Szicíliába utaztok, ezt a helyet nem szabad kihagyni – mi biztosan visszatérünk!

We had a great time at Giovanni’s house. The house is big and has good vibes and makes you feel thrown back to the “belle époque”:) Some things could be renovated but it’s charming. Everything was cleaned very well!! The location is great, just right by the beach. It’s a good place to stay with friends and family. Giovanni is extremely friendly and helpful. He always responded to our messages and helped out. He got a crib for our baby and 2 highchairs which was very helpful. Grazie mille Giovanni!!

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Lägenheten är väldigt bra planerad, det är rent och fräscht och ligger nära stranden, restaurang och affär. Valentina är en väldigt snäll värd, hon svarar direkt och ordnade med det man kan behöva till lägenheten. Hon hjälpte oss även med transport från Porticello. Köket är nytt så det kan finnas en del utrustning som saknas om man är jätteintresserad av att laga mat. Men för basbehov några dagar funkar det utmärkt! Tack Valentina för jättefint bemötande! Vi trivdes verkligen i din lägenhet!! Och att du ordnade alla våra önskemål oavsett. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. :)

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

Lovely apt in central town with everything you need, plus a comfy bed, fluffy towels and dressing gown and a divine balcony with sea view and hot tub. We lucked out - this is fabulous!

Had a lovely time 😀 Michelle was very helpful, replied immediately, shared great recommendations. And the location couldn't be better. Right in front of the sea in a really charming small city. Definitely the place for a calm vacation, sea, sun, great food and friendly people all around. Grazie!

Alessandro hämtade oss på flygplatsen och körde oss hela vägen fram till dörren. Under hela den drygt veckolånga vistelsen var han hjälpsam och svarade på frågor. Boendet var väldigt fint med en otrolig utsikt över bukten, både från uteplatsen och balkongen. Kan verkligen rekommenderas!

The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

Siamo stati benissimo! L’alloggio di Maria Novella è stato perfetto per i nostri 3 gg siciliani. L’alloggio è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto, funzionale e pulitissimo. Maria Novella è stata una host perfetta, ci ha dato informazioni molto dettagliate ed è sempre stata molto reattiva nel rispondere alle nostre domande. La casa è perfettamente ubicata per raggiungere tutti i luoghi più interessanti della Sicilia Occidentale velocemente e la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno del cortile è un enorme plus. In definitiva lo consigliamo a chiunque!!
