Luis welcomed us like family. Best host we have ever experienced. On our first full day he served us a fresh breakfast with fruit and herbs from his garden, then took us on a full day journey through his hometown of Seye and to cenotes and haciendas in the region. He was adept in determining our specific interests and tailored the itinerary and his storytelling just for us. We loved every minute. Very comfortable bed. Soft and luxurious sheets. He had anything available we might need. We hope to come back!

it's rare that I find such a successful home from start to finish. Guillaume and Elisa have created a tasteful place where every detail is thought out. The garden is decorated with beautiful tropical plants. You can eat on site and everything is homemade and really delicious. The staff is very nice. They have a list of places to visit nearby and restaurants. Thanks again you two!

We loved staying at the Hacienda for new years. Everything was perfect. Don Sam was always there to help us with anything. We had a wonderful weekend!

Extraordinary. You must visit this place to understand it! A beautiful bed and breakfast surrounded by the jungle with carefully curated food, drinks, and crafts. Elisa and Guillaume are wonderful hosts and made our stay magical. And, if you would like to venture out from Galopina, there is much to see and do in the surrounding area - small towns, cenotes, and haciendas.
