The apartment is really very nice and cozy. It is well equipped and there was everything you needed. The location is also very good, it is in the middle of the village, but still very quiet and with great views of the mountain. You can really relax and unwind here. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Absolutely loved this place. It was full of everything you need without any of the extra frivolous things. The location was peaceful and beautiful and even the seals came in and said hello. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools you need to make a good meal and the furnishings were lovely. Thank you!!

Elsa greeted us from the start and gave us a full tour of the facilities (the place we were staying + guest kitchen + hot tub + washing area). The place is absolutely lovely and Elsa was so friendly. Highlights were meeting her cat, playing Elsa's old CDs on the kitchen sound system, enjoying the hot tub under the stars, and having Elsa's homemade bread for breakfast. Thank you so much for the stay Elsa!

I loved the tiny town this AirBnB is in. It is so quiet and beautiful and has a nice small town vibe. The apartment is lovely and very well cared for. I loved that the bedroom got dark at night because not all the ones we’ve stayed in have.

The place was incredibly beautiful and also very private. There was everything you need and it was super clean. There was still snow, which is why we spent a lot of time in the sauna and hot tub. We were lucky and were able to stay there a long time because no one else came. In the evening you could still see the northern lights, which fortunately danced really well in the evening!

One of my favourite stays during my trip. it is located away from town, nice and quiet. Caught the nicest display of northern lights during my trip while I was staying here. The whole cabin felt so cosy I could stay there forever if I could. Its location is also conveniently located near a lot of attractions, short drive to Hengifoss for example.

Absolutely fantastic stay - the perfect break from a lot of road-tripping. Kitchen is fully equipped and loved being able to properly cook for a couple of nights. Felt at home immediately. Definitely didn’t want to leave!

My friends and I loved this cottage! Ellen’s detailed instructions made it easy to find, and we were greeted on arrival. The hosts were very friendly, and even let us say hello to their horses!
