Great spot for anyone looking to stay in tooting

Lovely and peaceful place to stay. Great surroundings. Very clean and tidy. Miranda is a great host and I’ve already booked to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Felicity's. Unfortunately our paths did not cross but I did meet her husband, who was very helpful. I also met her delightful cat, Kirby. I had my own bathroom and parking space, a bonus. You could help yourself to tea, coffee and breakfast, is you so wished to do so. The property itself is within easy striking distance of Rickmansworth town centre and its three big supermarkets, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Waitrose and Tesco. Rickmansworth also has its own theatre, Watersmeet. If you like walking, Rickmansworth Aquadrome and the canal are very close by. From the property there is easy access to the M25, M40, M4, A1 and M1 etc, so is very well connected if you want to travel Highly recommended

We were very surprised by the size of the annex as it was much larger than we anticipated. The annex was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Chris and Linda had equipped the place to a very high standard. It felt very homely. The property is conveniently situated just off M20 in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

We had a really peaceful 2 night stay here as a weekend getaway. Kevin and Helen's place is at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by greenery. We (couple + 4 year old Labrador) were welcomed by Kevin and checkin was super easy, with some delicious freshly baked bread waiting for us in the kitchen. The place feels recently renovated and has been maintained with a lot of care. Clean bathrooms, premium toiletries, comfy king sized bed. Helen and Kevin also shared with us lots of things that we could do around the area. Although we just ended up spending a lazy 2 days in the end, there is quite a bit to do in the vicinity, including a walk right from the front of the house. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and Kevin even setup a chiminea outside for us (sadly weather didn't permit). All of us, dog included, really enjoyed our stay here!

The Old Workshop Cottage is set in a beautifully peaceful location. Tessa is a truly wonderful host, attentive and caring and nothing was too much trouble for her. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our time here, there is so much to explore in the area. We would highly recommend this cottage. Our daughter loved relaxing in the hammock!

We had a fantastic stay here! I loved the updated interior of this old home, and the outdoor space was lovely. We enjoyed the amenities and there was ample place to spread out and relax. It was a really short walk to the train station and was super easy to find. Hosts were really flexible and responded fast to any questions we had. I’d definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Athena's place is well located and easy to catch trains, underground, or buses. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance as are grocery stores. Clapham Common is a great place to people watch on a sunny day..

Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

Ideal for a night’s stay - me for a wedding but also great for the airport. Quiet, comfortable bed. All the amenities, including snacks, tea/coffee, drinks. Terry was very flexible about check in

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hosts were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in future

We booked a spontaneous, last-minute weekend away and Carol's place was perfect. There's so much to see and do in the area and it was great to be able to walk to the pub at the end of the lane for a really good meal. The accommodation was clean and tidy and it feels like you are in an extremely comfortable tree house. You will bang your head on the wall/ceiling at the sides of the room (more than once) but it's such a welcoming space that you won't begrudge this. It had everything we needed and having breakfast brought up to us each morning was a treat. The garden is so beautiful too. We will definitely want to return to explore more of the gardens, walks and pubs that the region has to offer.

if we could give more than 5 stars we would. The attention to detail, decor, & little extras are like walking into a 5* resort/hotel. From the quality dog left for our dog, to the bottle of prosecco because I mentioned it was my birthday to the 5* breakfast served in the morning to the extremely comfortable bed we slept in. everything in this Airbnb is of the highest quality. An exceptional place to stay and visit one of the most beautiful parts of the English coast.

We had a great stay at the Stable. Couldn’t have asked for more. Jan was a great host, met us on arrival, really friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat and left us pastries for breakfast which was a nice thought. The accommodation was exactly what we needed and the outside space was beautiful and very peaceful, with the added bonus of Badger the dog who is just brilliant. Would definitely stay again.

Sally was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The place is in such a lovely setting along with the space being cosy and inviting! We hope to return again to explore the beautiful area further!

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

What a special place! We think we've found our perfect spot to return to for years to come, with so much still to explore in the stunning surrounds. The barn has been so cleverly designed that you feel you have your own little private slice of Sissinghurst. We absolutely loved the decor; the thoughtful touches, from the tea and coffee to the fresh local ingredients for breakfast and gorgeous linens and towels, were a real treat. Sarah is a warm and welcoming host, and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. This is an absolute gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the Kent countryside. Jo’s cottage is perfect in every way, so well laid out and excellent amenities. I cannot fault it. Jo has thought of everything and is a very generous host, providing treats and amongst other things, eggs juice bread and butter. Upon entering through a side gate it’s like stepping into a fairy land, a private and beautiful garden and a cottage to relax and unwind in. So well positioned to visit numerous attractions and beaches. The swing seat is a wonderful addition, on a summers day and well into the evening during and after spectacular sunsets it’s a great place to unwind and take in a a gorgeous view. ‘Badger Cam’ is a must! We saw them all the nights we were there along with a fox and this is a great way to watch them uninterrupted. I would highly recommend Jo as a host and her beautiful cottage you won’t be disappointed. We hope to return soon . Thank you Jo
