Vacation rentals with a pool in Seven Seas Beach

Very comfortable, close to the airport, I liked it and a very quiet area. I recommend it.

My family and I have stayed at many airbnb's. But this one has by far met our expectations. Christie was accommodating, quick responses, and went out of her way to make sure that we we lacked for nothing. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had no pests, no mosquitos, or bugs in the house. Being we were in Puerto Rico It was sort of expected. But to our surprise, there were none. The grounds are very well kept, and they capture the island vibe both inside the home and out. I would also like to say that Christe developed a PDF file that contained everything you needed to know about Airbnb, about the pool, as well as checking in and checking out. Driving direction, links and suggestions for loads of stuff in the area. It was so informative, and it was only a click away on my phone. Thank you, Christie. We had a safe, wonderful time, and we would love to go back next year. Thank you again! Amazing fun and great memories were made!

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

Wonderful place to stay.

This was our 4th time at Rick's house. We absolutely love the private non touristy area. The beach is not a swimming beach. It's sea turtle nesting time and there were 2 nests on the beach. Very cool. Great restaurants within a couple miles. The pool and house are immaculate and very cozy. Will definitely be back next time we go to PR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rick's house

Our li'l fam very much enjoyed our stay at Jonathan and Monica's cozy and relaxing place because it was exactly what we were looking for. Instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room with a possible pool many floors away, everything we needed was right there. Rainforest hikes, beautiful beaches, local restaurants, city sightseeing, and more all short drives away, but we were perfectly happy hanging at their place without too busy of an agenda. This would be a great place not just for a family, but a group of friends as well. We highly recommend staying here as it was a big factor for such a fun, relaxing vacation.

Our stay at this stunning home in Luquillo was nothing short of amazing. The private infinity pool with swim-up bar was a dream—perfect for relaxing while soaking in the breathtaking ocean and rainforest views. Every room in the house has a view, and the layout was spacious, clean, and incredibly well-equipped for a family or group getaway. The house had everything we needed and more: board games, pool table, hammocks, a basketball hoop, and even fresh fruit from the backyard! Our grandson loved the play area and all the toys provided, while the adults appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen and peaceful outdoor decks. The gated community felt safe and serene, and it was just minutes from Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Rainforest. Kevin was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to providing a top-tier experience. This property truly felt like a private resort. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

My husband and I stayed at Steven’s unit for 7 nights. It is a unit in a gated condo building. The building is located in a very tourist-friendly area of Carolina, walkable to the beach and to some good restaurants. It’s also central for exploring some major locations (Old San Juan, El Yunque, etc.) The price for our stay was very reasonable considering this building is directly adjacent to some high end hotels that charge $250+ a night. When we arrived on the first day, the power was out for a few hours. Steven was very communicative and sent us relevant updates regarding power restoration. Check-in was simple, and we were able to park our rental car right outside the building (and behind the gate) for free, which was so convenient. The building has a laundry room in the basement that we also used - it was $2.50 per wash/dry. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Carolina!

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

Second time staying here. Still a fantastic space! Great pool and easy beach access. And the views are unbeatable. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

We stayed for a week in May and had a great stay. The apartment is just as described, everything is well stocked, nicely cleaned and in overall good condition. We liked the little extras as snacks, water bottles, beach chairs and body boards. There were not many neighbors especially during the week, so you often had the entire beach and the pool all for yourself. The security team also made their rounds during the night, so it felt always perfectly safe. The communication with Alexander was nice and easy. He even responded right away on a Sunday morning at 7 a.m. when we had a water outage. There is a backup water tank in the apartment, which last more or less a full day, but you still need to reduce your water usage to a minimum. Location was also nice. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far away and many sights are within easy reach with a rental car. We had a great stay and can definitely recommend to stay at Alexander's apartment!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.
