Vacation rentals with lake access in Setesdal

I rented a house for our wind turbine technicians. The house was clean and well maintained. The technicians had everything they needed for everyday life. The guys were happy with their stay. Elisabeth & Roy very nice people, communication was always very friendly and pleasant.

God standard, kom til oppredde senger. Hyggelig vertskap som er lett å kommunisere med.

Vi hadde et supert opphold. Koselig hage og takterrasse der både vi og hundene koste oss. Eldre hus, men oppdatert og moderne inne. Særdeles fredelig plass. Vakre Flekkefjord sentrum bare en spasertur unna. Hilde Karin var lett å kommunisere med, svarte raskt. Alt i alt et flott opphold på en herlig plass. Her kommer vi gjerne igjen! 😊

Just the view is worth to come to spend some days here ! We have an amazing time in the camping, lots of people there and still very quiet. Neigbors are friendly and helpful, everything is clean and the view, the view ! The place was very very clean when we arrive, with nice yellow tulips (it was Eastern)! The kitchen is very well equipped and even if it’s small, we managed to cook and prepare for the barbecue. The ropes for fishing are good and it’s beautiful to fish there ! We were 2, used the 2 bedrooms and were happy with the beds. Liesell answers really quickly and always very friendly! I really recommend the place and hope to be back !

La maison est super. L’environnement est fabuleux ! En plein cœur de l’hiver c’était parfait ! Très bien équipé !

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold hos Irene. Veldig ryddig og rent, og kort vei til Bø sentrum. Kan anbefales!

Incredible location with all the amenities for a longer period stay. We stayed for almost 3 months and we had a wonderful time . Magne and Lena are great hosts, very friendly and made us fell like home. They offered us the opportunity to join to different gatherings to fell the community atmosphere and traditions. During our stay, we worked remotely and the WiFi was the best ever seen . Not any problem encountered during our stay and Magne was there to respond to any questions we had. At the location there are many hiking trails and nature spots to discover. We can't wait to return there. Tip for tenants: If the location is available during your desired period, don't think twice and book it... you will thank me later for the tip.

Der Aufenthalt in Vradal war von Beginn bis hin zum Schluss einfach nur perfekt. Dieses Airbnb war eines der schönsten, die wir je besuchen durften! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und hat alles was man braucht. Kiki hat zudem immer sehr sehr schnell geantwortet wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche war TOP ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich ALLES was man zum kochen brauchen könnte! Die ganze Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auf hohem Standard. Die Sauna und der Hot Tub waren das Highlight! Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb jedem empfehlen, der ein paar erholsame Tage in der Natur verbringen möchte.

Vi var 8 voksne som har hatt et flott opphold i en innholdsrik kjellerleilighet med en utrolig fin utsikt. Kort avstand til Røldalterasse og skianlegget. Påsken 2025 vil bli husket som minnerik og gøy. Espen som vert må oppleves. Han ville bare det beste for oss. Meget god kommunikasjon. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Stayed one night on our way from Oslo to Stavanger. Lovely apartment with everything you need. Comfortable bed and very spacious living room with a huge tv to watch movies on. They also have an EV charger in case you need it. Thomas and his wife were very kind and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through.

Es war eine ganz tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Die Lage am Fjord bzw. eigentlich schon im Fjord ist absolut Herausragend. Der Joker Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür wo man einfach alles für das tägliche Leben bekommen kann ist einfach unbeschreiblich praktisch. Wer ein paar schöne Tage am Wasser/Fjord verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location is beautiful and secluded, offering a peaceful escape. The interior was even better than in the photos—very cozy and stylish. Anna, the host, was responsive and accommodating. She kindly allowed extra time for check-out, which made our departure more relaxed. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway.

Bodd her flere ganger. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake, både på jobbreiser og private turer. Judith og Bouke er svært imøtekommende og sympatiske. Fantastisk utsikt fra terrassen.

We spent our winterbreak holiday at her place for the second time around. It felt like a home away from home. It has newly renovated bathroom. Almost everything we needed was readily available. Berit was very welcoming. The kids had fun and we would denitely come back. Highly recommended

Дуже затишний будинок. Красива природа. Недалеко є судовий дитячий майданчик для дітей. В будинку є всі потрібні речі, ідеальна кухня. Господарі завжди на звʼязку і готові допомогти. До магазинів треба іхати, немає поруч, але це єдиний недолік.

I cannot emphasize enough how relaxing and splendid our experience was! We had an amazing time staying there for our honeymoon! The host and her husband were very kind, friendly, and hospitable. Even though we came during Christmas, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They even set us up a Christmas tree in the cabin and provided home-made snacks. There was plenty of fire wood, so we stayed nice and warm. The beds were so soft! The back four beds could easily fit two people each, for those who are wondering. If you stay with them, I highly recommend renting the sauna paired with swimming in the fresh water lake! The eggs from the chickens are delicious! The sheep are friendly. It was the coziest, most relaxing place we have ever stayed. We are so grateful to have been able to visit! It really made our honeymoon special. We hope to one day come back during the summer to see how the area differs, but we suspect it is spectacular at any point in the year.

Wir haben bei Kristoffer 2 Wochen verbracht und uns vom ersten Tag an wie zuhause gefühlt. Bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar und ein sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Die Gegend ist super und ein schöner großer Garten fast direkt am Wasser. Die Kinder konnten viel draußen spielen und auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend reisen werden wir definitiv wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank

Vi bodde 4 netter i Renates hjem i juli 2024. Stort og fint hus med fantastisk beliggenhet, og mange muligheter for aktivisering av liten og stor. Anbefales på det sterkeste, og kommer gjerne igjen.

Lise’s place exceeded our expectations. In the listing she notes that the upstairs is not yet fully renovated. That is true but it is mostly minor cosmetic things. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. Everything but the beds is downstairs on the ground floor. The downstairs which has mostly been renovated is spacious and very comfortable. Having the ability to store our bike in the garage was a nice plus. The area around the house is breathtakingly beautiful. Don’t miss the walk to and through The Fairytale Forest (Eventyrskogen) - a truly unique Norwegian experience.

Utrolig fint hus på et virkelig nydelig sted. Du har fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor stuedøren. Søker du kun ro finner du det her, enten ute på terrassen eller inne i huset. Leter du etter et overnattingssted i forbindelse med Dyrsku’n, festivalene el., er det kort avstand til Seljord. Anbefales!

Zeer mooie, rustige locatie met hele vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders, inclusief spoedcursus Noors :-). Het verse fruit stond al op ons te wachten. De woning is best gedateerd, maar heeft erg veel ruimte en is zeer compleet. Buiten zeer veel ruimte en goede mogelijkheden om te vissen of om lekker aan het water te zitten. Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Bedankt voor de fijne tijd!

We had a great stay at the cabin in Kviteseid. Communication with Martha was smooth and easy. The cabin was very comfortable and well-equipped — from a cosy sofa to relax on in the evening to a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. What I especially appreciated was how exceptionally clean everything was upon arrival – truly spotless. As a bonus, we got to watch deer passing by the cabin every evening, which made the experience even more special. A peaceful and well-maintained place that we would happily return to.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Gullborgs bolig. Alt levede op til forventningerne, og vi følte os virkelig heldige over at have fundet så skønt et sted. Både børn og voksne nød godt af badestranden, haven og den flotte terrasse med smuk udsigt. Vrådal byder på gode vandremuligheder - også for små børn. Vi kommer meget gerne igen!
