Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Setagaya City

The place is comfortable and decent. We had a very kind staff member assist us during check-in. It was also 2 seperate rooms which is great for friends traveling together or families. There's a subway entrance a minute away and good places to eat. Also quite spacious for the price. Great option if you want to be near Shinjuku.

Host was always quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Very kid friendly, quiet, and the neighborhood was nice with two stations within walking distance.

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

Great Place and Location for many Tourist Spots in Tokyo Area. Walkable Distance to Inaricho Station and Ueno Station allows Easy Travel. Quiet area and plenty of shops nearby. Host was fantastic always quick to respond to any questions before and during the trip. Fantastic price and fantastic place. Highly recommended.

今回2週間ちょっと滞在させていただきましたが、部屋は清潔で必要なものは揃っています。多少トラブルがありましたがすぐに対応していただけました。質問などもすぐ返答いただけてとても心強かったです。 不満な点は何もありませんでしたが、強いて言えば、長期滞在用に服を入れる引き出しみたいなのがあれば良かったなと思いました。 また帰国の際はお世話になりたいです。

Great place little small for to people and a wheelchair but accessible and works. Great location as well plenty of good food and right next to a station.

My family and I really felt at home in Maiko’s place. It was very clean, she provided all the necessary amenities and it was very comfortable. We had such a great time staying there. Roads to her house are narrow, we drove an alphard and it was possible, but it can be difficult for some people. Overall I’ll definitely recommend this place! Thank you for hosting us Maiko 😊

This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

I stayed 3 nights in Tomohito’s apartment with my wife and my daughter. I can confidently share that it was the best airbnb experience we had so far not because of the perfect location, beautiful and large apartment but also the friendly and supportive communication of the hosts. I really felt like we were staying in our apartment. No need to mention that the stairs might be a littlle bit challenging with heavy suitcases but all in all, I can not think of any other place to stay in Tokyo next time after this experience

Hong’s place was very well stocked and we appreciated the snacks and other extras provided. The house is in a nice safe area and was reasonably close to 2 subway stops. It was bigger than we needed but would be ideal for a large group.

Our 10 day stay at Tomo's home was comfortable and served as an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo's city life. Our family of 6 enjoyed the amenities of the Japanese-style bath (deep tub), washer and dryer, well-stocked kitchen. My young child loved the toys and small tent to play in during our stay. Check-in and check-out of Tomo's place was seamless and easy with her keyless entry. Her home is also within a 7-12 minute walk from 2 major train stations that serve Haneda (only 5 minutes away), Tokyo and Yokohama. The Kamata neighborhood around Tomo's place is quiet, safe, and filled with wonderful eateries and shops. The nearby JR Kamata station is filled with shops and restaurants for everyone in your family. And the shopping alleys are wonderful to walk around. Tomo was a wonderful host, ensuring we were comfortable and very quick to respond if we had questions. I would stay at Tomo's place again for future Tokyo vacations.

房源的介紹說明與實際入住後幾乎相符合，只有智慧門鎖這項不正確，實際是使用鑰匙開關門，出門要注意妥善保管鑰匙，避免遺失而進不了房間。 住宿地點只有JR車站-新小岩站，步行約十分鐘可到，大樓有電梯，上下樓滿方便的。 房間靠近大馬路(有高架橋)車聲略為明顯，落地窗隔音稍弱，會因聲音影響睡眠的人要留意，我會戴耳塞入睡，所以沒有對我造成影響。 有兩個房間，一間標準雙人彈簧床，一間目測是單人加大寬度的榻榻米地墊，這次兩大兩小(11歲/9歲)是夠睡的。 浴室有小浴缸，每天可以泡澡消除走路的疲勞，很讚！ 洗衣機有烘乾功能，可以少帶衣服，很棒！ 生活用品齊全，像是餐具、杯子、牙刷毛巾、盥洗用品、洗衣用品、雨傘、室內拖鞋等等，真的有家的感覺！ 住宿地點不可能完美，但是CP值夠高，全家大小都住的很滿意，也很謝謝房東都能儘速的回覆我的問題，很開心能入住這裡，期待下次再來東京🙂

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Tokyo dans ce logement situé dans le quartier d’Ikebukuro. La description et les photos sont bien fidèles. Tout s’est bien passé : mention spéciale à son hôte qui est très réactif si vous avez la moindre question !

The host is super friendly, and prepared fruit which is surprisingly delicious. The location is convenient, walkable to Shinjuku and is close to the Yamanote Line which helps a lot for visiting the city. The price is reasonable regarding its position and the spacious room, plus---, the hospitable host and the welcoming atmosphere. What a pleasant experience!

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!
