This is a wonderful rental space. First of all it is very clean with countless amenities and tools to make your stay easy and comfortable. It is in a very quite neighborhood while still being a 2 minute walk to a 24 hour convenient store and an 8 minute walk to the closest train station. As a family of four we could not have asked for more.

Host was always quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures. Very kid friendly, quiet, and the neighborhood was nice with two stations within walking distance.

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

Very close to JR Kamata Station, less than 10 minutes on foot, there are many delicious local shops near the station, the host replies to messages very quickly, the house is clean, although the layout is narrow, it will not make people feel narrow, if you have to point out the shortcomings, because the room is on the second floor, the stairs are narrow and steep, it is not convenient to move in large luggage, other aspects are very excellent beyond the price

My family and I really felt at home in Maiko’s place. It was very clean, she provided all the necessary amenities and it was very comfortable. We had such a great time staying there. Roads to her house are narrow, we drove an alphard and it was possible, but it can be difficult for some people. Overall I’ll definitely recommend this place! Thank you for hosting us Maiko 😊

I stayed 3 nights in Tomohito’s apartment with my wife and my daughter. I can confidently share that it was the best airbnb experience we had so far not because of the perfect location, beautiful and large apartment but also the friendly and supportive communication of the hosts. I really felt like we were staying in our apartment. No need to mention that the stairs might be a littlle bit challenging with heavy suitcases but all in all, I can not think of any other place to stay in Tokyo next time after this experience

What a lovely home to stay in to end our busy two weeks of traveling. A great place with everything you need.

Hong’s place was very well stocked and we appreciated the snacks and other extras provided. The house is in a nice safe area and was reasonably close to 2 subway stops. It was bigger than we needed but would be ideal for a large group.

Had a great stay here with my dad, and my brother's family with my young niece. Location is a bit of a walk from the nearest train station but I enjoyed the walks to and fro as it was a good break from the hectic train rides. Bedrooms were great and the showers were of a good size. Kitchen area on the 2nd floor and with the projection tv was great to heat up food and to wind down at the end of the day. Owaki also was of great assistance and helped us to prepare a baby cot for my niece which she enjoyed greatly. Highly recommended if the location would fit your itinerary and great value! :)

Our 10 day stay at Tomo's home was comfortable and served as an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo's city life. Our family of 6 enjoyed the amenities of the Japanese-style bath (deep tub), washer and dryer, well-stocked kitchen. My young child loved the toys and small tent to play in during our stay. Check-in and check-out of Tomo's place was seamless and easy with her keyless entry. Her home is also within a 7-12 minute walk from 2 major train stations that serve Haneda (only 5 minutes away), Tokyo and Yokohama. The Kamata neighborhood around Tomo's place is quiet, safe, and filled with wonderful eateries and shops. The nearby JR Kamata station is filled with shops and restaurants for everyone in your family. And the shopping alleys are wonderful to walk around. Tomo was a wonderful host, ensuring we were comfortable and very quick to respond if we had questions. I would stay at Tomo's place again for future Tokyo vacations.

Definitely worth renting the airbnb,me &my friends book this place in May for 6 nights. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best place we have ever been to. The facilities are look brand-new and all functional. The house owner also reply in no sec, giving clear instructions to every questions we inquired. The location is also amazing since there are tons of convenience stores nearby. The only downside is that the plug locations are not that convenient and may cause some problem. But overall, the pros, with no doubt, outweigh the cons!

Yuriko’s place was our first stop in Japan, and it certainly exceeded our expectations! Situated in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood, it provided a great opportunity for us to experience authentic Japanese community and living. Yuriko is a super friendly and responsive host. There was a time when they responded a non-urgent inquiry in real time before 5am. The house had everything a family needs to feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yuriko and their place to anyone wishing to have a wonderful stay in Tokyo.

We had a pleasant stay in Tokyo in this accommodation located in the Ikebukuro neighborhood. The description and photos are very accurate. Everything went well: special mention to the host who is very responsive if you have any questions!

The host is super friendly, and prepared fruit which is surprisingly delicious. The location is convenient, walkable to Shinjuku and is close to the Yamanote Line which helps a lot for visiting the city. The price is reasonable regarding its position and the spacious room, plus---, the hospitable host and the welcoming atmosphere. What a pleasant experience!

Great location! So close to the hustle and hustle of Shibuya and yet so quiet and so peaceful and in such a great area! I loved the location! The home is clean and very spacious and especially for Tokyo standards and had everything we needed. Close to all types of shopping, grocery, dining, bars and restaurants. The host is very responsive and I appreciated that as well. Overall, I recommend this home for its great location in Tokyo and the fact that it’s a clean and spacious home with a responsive host.
