Great location, lots of restaurants and close to the subway station! The house was really clean and comfy.

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

Het appartement ligt dichtbij een express metro station. De aankleding van het appartement is minimalistisch maar fijn en heeft twee slaapkamers. May reageerde snel en zeer vriendelijk. We hebben er een fijne tijd gehad

We had a wonderful stay at Tetsuya’s place during our 9-day trip. He provided clear instructions and detailed descriptions of the rental, and he communicated consistently to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also excellent—just a short walk from the train stations and conveniently located in a commercial area. It was easy to do groceries, run errands, shop, and most importantly, explore a variety of local restaurants and delicacies. What stood out the most, though, was Tetsuya’s genuine care and hospitality. He went above and beyond by helping us carry our heavy luggage during both check-in and check-out. That kind of personal touch made our stay even more memorable.

Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment. Looks even better in real life than the photos. Check in instructions were very clear. Laundry machine is good to have. Nicest place we have come across in Japan. Lots of places to eat close by, grocery store is about a four minute walk away, and multiple convenience stores close by. Nishi Nippori train stop is 9 minutes away, and there are two different train lines that go through there which will take you just about anywhere in Tokyo. Only small downside is that you can hear sirens sometimes due to a busy road being close by. You might want earplugs, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Be aware that one bedroom has sleeping on floor mattresses on a tatami floor. My teenager did not mind it. We really liked this apartment, would highly recommend it

2度目の利用でした。土地勘があるのと便利さが選んだ1番の理由でしたが、オーナーさまのご対応が前回非常に良く、今回も利用させていただきました。親切かつ丁寧なご対応に感謝申し上げます。前回、乾燥機が無かった事が今回アップデートされていて、積極的な姿勢もこのオーナーさまが評価されている理由だと思います(^^)ありがとうございました。

Séjour excellent. À 15min de marche de la ligne Yamanote, l'appartement offre une vue sublime sur la ville et les tours de Shinjuku. L'aménagement intérieur très japonais, boisé, épuré, et les équipements nombreux en ont fait un lieu à la fois pratique, confortable et plaisant à vivre (bien qu'un miroir aurait été bienvenu, au moins dans la salle de bain ;) ). Un bonheur d'y revenir après une longue journée d'activités tokyoïtes, parfait pour 2-3 personnes.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits formidables dans cette maison typiquement japonaise, nichée dans un quartier calme et authentique de Tokyo. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et parfaitement propre. Pouvoir séjourner dans une vraie maison japonaise sur plusieurs étages et une atmosphère locale, ajoute une dimension unique au voyage. On se sent réellement immergé dans la culture, loin des hébergements standardisés. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité d’Asakusa et de la Skytree, avec un accès direct aux aéroports. Un grand merci aux hôtes, disponibles et attentionnés ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour une expérience inoubliable à Tokyo.

まず何よりコンビニが目の前にあるのは助かります。室内は掲載されているプロジェクターはもちろん、健康器具や子供用のおもちゃなど、エンターテイメント性のある宿泊施設でした。またオーナー様からの柔軟でホスピタリティー溢れた対応にも大変満足させて頂きました。

Es ist schlicht und einfach, ob als Freundesgruppe oder Familie mega gemütlich. Wir hatten eine tolle gemeinsame Zeit in diesem Airbnb und das tollste mit der Zug Verbindung in der nähe kam man schnell überall hin.

Our family of 4 (to include 2 elementary children) stayed here for two nights before we flew out from Haneda. We spent Spring break in the area using only public transportation & the apartment was a short walk to/from the train station! It was also only 2 stops from the international terminal! Perfect location to wind down from the heavier foot traffic areas & convenient stores/vending machines on every corner. The apartment was just like the photos. The kids LOVED the upstairs loft; it was equipped with a projector too! Highly recommend!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce logement. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre, lumineux. Il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied des transports en commun, des commerces et des restaurants. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, parfait pour se reposer après une journée de visites. L’hôte a été exceptionnel : très réactif, attentionné et disponible tout au long du séjour. On s’est sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

kayo was very responsive as a host. the location is good and easy connection to Asakusa station.

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

너무 좋았습니다! 입지도 좋았고, 방도 깨끗했으며 예상 외로 이매니티가 너무 잘 구비돼 있는 등 여럿이 놀러가기에 이만한 장소를 다시 구할 수 있을 지 모르겠네요! 굳이굳이 단점을 꼽자면 계단이 조금 많다는 것 정도? 다리가 불편하신 분은 조금 이용이 힘들 수도 있겠습니다. 하지만, 장점이 훨씬 뛰어나다고 생각해요! 재방문 의사가 강합니다!!

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
