Vacation rentals with a home theater in Setagaya City

Before leaving the country, I was looking for a hotel near the airport where I could stay with my dog, but I couldn't find a good place, so I used Airbnb for the first time.The owner responded quickly and was very kind, and I had a good memory with the dog before leaving the country.Thank you very much.

The room is very clean and well-equipped, the landlord responds quickly and is very friendly. The room is very close to the train station, which is very convenient, and there are also many restaurants nearby. Overall, it's great.

Loved Toshi's place! It was very clean and quiet. Very convenient and walkable to the train station. The one item that folks should be aware of is that there are two flights of very steep and narrow stairs that you need to climb in order to get to the living area and bedrooms.

Very clean, comfortable and modern apartment. Looks even better in real life than the photos. Check in instructions were very clear. Laundry machine is good to have. Nicest place we have come across in Japan. Lots of places to eat close by, grocery store is about a four minute walk away, and multiple convenience stores close by. Nishi Nippori train stop is 9 minutes away, and there are two different train lines that go through there which will take you just about anywhere in Tokyo. Only small downside is that you can hear sirens sometimes due to a busy road being close by. You might want earplugs, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Be aware that one bedroom has sleeping on floor mattresses on a tatami floor. My teenager did not mind it. We really liked this apartment, would highly recommend it

Our stay at Oki’s place was perfect. It’s conveniently located near Takadanobaba Station on the Yamanote Line, making it easy to access tourist spots. Plenty of restaurants and a 7-Eleven are nearby. The apartment is spacious—great for our family of five. We stayed on the top floor, which had two twin beds in one room, a tatami room for two, a full bathroom, and upstairs, two more beds, a bathroom with shower, and rooftop access. Few places in Tokyo would offer this much space along with a washer and dryer. There’s also a gym and rec room on the first floor, which looked clean though we didn’t use them. What made our stay truly special was Oki-san. I had trouble getting Ghibli Museum tickets, and he helped us get them—an unforgettable gesture. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Oki’s place.

It was very helpful for us to accommodate the change in check-in time according to this convenience. Access from Haneda Airport is also good, and I would like to use it the next time I return home.

This home was awesome! It is in a very quiet neighborhood that has a lot to offer. The host provided many amenities and was very punctual when it came to responding to messages during our stay. She also left awesome recommendations for food in the area, so definitely go try that curry udon up the street. Overall this stay in Sugamo was great and I would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet stay after all the hustle Tokyo has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was exceptionally kind, hospitable, and friendly. He was very responsive to my many questions before our trip and gave helpful recommendations, which meant a lot since it was my first time in Japan. He was also very considerate of our requests during our stay. We truly appreciated the extra help, including assisting with our luggage and chatting with us before we left. We were so lucky to have him as our host—highly recommended! Will definitely suggest this place to my friends and family planning to visit Tokyo.

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

Great access from Narita Airport.There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, about 4 minutes on foot.There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very helpful during my stay.There is also a duty-free drug store near Yahiro Station, which is convenient for shopping.Access to Shibuya is also good, and I think it is the perfect location for sightseeing. The room was clean and the large bed was very comfortable.We had a comfortable and nice stay.Thank you so much!

Great home in the Meguro region of Tokyo. The home was comfy and plenty of space for 4 people. No issues with getting around as the nearest bus stop to Shibuya was 5 mins away and the DT Line was less than 10 min walk. Thank you for letting us use your home during my recent visit to Japan

Akira's property was exactly has the photos no editing done on this property. Easy to get to from our arrival from Narita Airport. Very rare to have accommodation for her listed price with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets close to transport and easy access from the airport. I will definitely pass on this accommodation details if anyone is interested in going to Tokyo. Antonio

We had a wonderful stay in Kiyo's place. It was just the right size for a family of four though they had beds for more people. Clean, well maintained, in a quiet neighborhood, a few decent restaurants nearby and within a 10 minute walk from the station. The only minor downside is the fact that the nearest station is not part of the JR lines and it can be a bit cumbersome (switching lines) while going into the main shopping areas and tourist sites. But it's not something which can be held against the Air BnB. Shinagawa as an area has a few historical sites which can be explored if there is sufficient time

We really enjoyed our stay here and the Hosts are GREAT! Very friendly and they provided us with a proactive list of local restaurants and things to do (you have to try the conveyor belt Sushi restaurant (Hana Sushi) that they recommended. It was great. This house is VERY large and it has so many bedrooms and the largest TV that we have seen. We brought our Apple TV and connected it to the Free WiFi and watched movies on Apple TV/Netflix and it felt like we were literally at a movie theater!. This hosts provides an everything and more than we could image at an AirBnB. They are really thoughtful and gracious! Thanks so much for a WONDERFUL stay and for your genuine hospitality.

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
