Great cozy apartment with big yard and terrace. In 6 min from beach.

We had such a nice time in Terra Holiday! We booked the terra holiday 2&3 and we were together with our friends. The house is brand new, very nice interior and it has everything you might need. The pool is amazing and what surprised me the most was the fast internet connection. I was working from Greece and the quality and speed of the internet were beyond great. The host is super sweet, friendly and responsive. The house is situated a bit outside of the center, so it is super quite and peaceful, but you can still have a short walk to all the restaurants and the city beach. 10/10 would recommend!

I wanted to thank Tatiana and Vasilis for their wonderful hospitality..I have visited many of airbnb houses due to my job in the past but in your home i felt really cosy..i had all the necessaries and i really thank for all your supplies, the house was full equipped with all necessaries and i highly recommend it for every occasion...

This was a great experience. The house is next to the sea, and the beach is just at the end of the garden. The view from the garden is incredible. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. There is room for private parking. We didn't interact much but Efstratios was available and made sure I had everything I need. I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful house for your family vacation with peaceful and wild surroundings, very close to the beach. The host was also great, gave us local recommendations and flexible check out time.

We stayed in summer and the temperature was high. The host had made sure to turn on the air conditioner at the time we had said we would arrive and it was already quite cool. Extremely kind and helpful. The room was five clean and had permanently hot water due to solar(it also has a hot water heater). I recommend the stay unreservedly!

This is my second long-term stay in this apartment. It was great to have the lockbox at the front entry of the building to get the key. Sometimes communication was delayed but we eventually got things figured out. I appreciated the housekeeping done mid-stay, as I could focus on my purpose of being in Serres instead of spending time cleaning.

Everything was perfect, nice place! Only the parking isn’t for a low car!

The host was very good. He helped me at check in and asked if I needed anything and if my distribution was going smoothly. The space was clean with fresh sheets and towels and the fact that it is centrally located in the city is very helpful, as it had all the necessities nearby.

Very nice,clean and peaceful place. Venetia and Dimitris were very friendly and helpful. The house was nice,comfortable, and located in a very nice place, however, is one thing you might want to consider if you're traveling with a follow-up or other more unusual means of driving: it's accessible via a relatively large slope road. We had a sauna in the back on the followers, and it made it a little creepy that how we could get up from there, but everything went well, and the family was a great help to us parking the car train. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very nice spacious apmt with an amazing view and a large backyard. Even though I visited in November, it was sunny and very cozy. Will definitely visit again!

Our stay was fantastic! The place is just like the photos. Warm house, very clean, next to city center, hot water always! The house did not differ at all with a luxury hotel as the host provided incredible service. It's worth mentioning that it even had hotel-type slippers, cotton swabs, baby wipes, and generally things you'll find difficult in other Airbnb spaces. Congratulations on your service and great place. We will definitely revisit you!

The apartment is beautiful. It is centrally located, everything is in walking distance. It is an excellent place, it offers space, is very clean and has everything you need for the duration of your stay. It is very nicely decorated. The owner is always available for questions and made it very easy for me personally. I will definitely choose it again when I am in Serres!!!

Unique apartment! I've been to a lot of hotels and apartments, but this is the best place I've ever been! I recommend it! And of course, the next time I visit Serres, I'll be there again! I felt right at home. The mattress in the bedroom is great. And the massage chair is a unique extra that helped me a lot after a hard day on the track. I'm thrilled!

The space is excellent, spotless, just like in the photos and very spacious.
