I've stayed here for 2 times now, the 1st everything was great, clean and homey. But the 2nd time the shower is a bit leaking but overall everything is as good as the 1st stay.

very clean, feel warm and good place to be a meeting point ( Bekasi, BSD, Cipanas Puncak and Tulsa 4 out of 9 siblings) stay together for unforgetable 9 days staycation. cooking and eating together remeniscing their young memories. Ferdio is an excellent host. Booked for a month ended up to 5 weeks. The room is slightly small for 2 people but doable. Love the cleanliness and surroundings although highway noise vaguely disturbing but alright overtime. Would love to come back here

We had a very nice weekend getaway at this place. We especially like the homey interior and cozy ambience. Our stay was also very convenient because the place provides complete household appliences that we can use. The host was also very responsive and accomodative. We also enjoyed the apartment facility, it was a nice neighborhood with nice garden, pool, gym, and walking track. Overall I would recommend this place for a simple short vacation or even for a long term stay.

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

If you like plants, you have to stay in Barahouse. The green plants living in pots are in every corner. From the terrace, the living room to the bathroom. The atmosphere is cool and fresh .

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

A very satisfying and pleasant experience even though 3 days but it feels like the house itself is comfortable to make you feel at home , the owner is very cooperative and responsive and friendly. A strategic environment with complete facilities and no noise even in the middle of the city. Highly recommended to stay here. It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.
