Vacation rentals with a patio in Serpong Sub-District

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Nowys place was so nice, we ended up staying extra time in Jakarta! We are on a long trip and it was so nice to have the little things provided - water, toiletries and children's toys and books for the little ones to play with. Also the shower is so good! Handy to be close to the mall - you can access via the 3rd floor (through the adjacent tower).

Stay at Margaret's Queens Castle it was a nice experience mixed by business meetings, relax stay and nice facilities... for all of us. My next plan in BSD will include Margaret premises by sure. Sergio

Good location, the room is clean, bed is super comfy and spacious, host is also great and responsive. Grab food and grab car are very easily accessible. My office is at Sudirman Sahid, will definitely stay here again if I come to Jakarta.

A rare find; spacious unit and easy access to shopping mall (although not many tenants in there, but there are minimarkets). The unit is clean and comes with a private elevator. Close to Senayan and GBK. Bus stop is conveniently located across the mall, and Kebayoran Station is just two bus stops away. Overall, we are satisfied with the unit. Thank you.

Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

I had a family eid vacation stay at Casa de Victoria by Kaca Stay in South Jakarta and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city, we especially loved the rooftop terrace and pool. We highly recommend staying here and would love to be back with another family vacation.

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

My second time stayed there and it was worth every dime. It has a nice swimming pool outdoor and the surroundings were chill. Malls are linked up with Taman Anggrek and going to Central Park is just a bit walking in 10 min.

We had a great stay! The room is very homey with great interiors. The location is strategic with a flexible check-in :)
