The place is just right at the edge of town area but not too far as most of the tourist attraction areas are close enough to drive, house stay was good and comfortable however, the only downside is the pillows being used where it is too flat making it less enjoyable and comfortable as one of the rooms the pillow is clumpy... aside from this, the whole stay is enjoyable.... will book this place again if I could

Overall was a nice stay. House was clean and tidy. However a minus point is, I wish there’s a mirror in the house. The only mirrors were in the bathroom. A bit difficult for us women to do our make up and all😂. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Great value for money, the water park is great for kids to play.

Zowik was very responsive to my request and the booking was easily done. Zowik, afterwards, gave clear instructions of how to check-in, where to park the car and how to get there. The house looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Tidy, clean, complete with basic utensils if you feel like eating at home and as well as Zowik prepared iron board, iron and hairdryer too. The most thing i like about this place is the location, which it is in the middle of the city. It was very easy and nearby to go to local attractions and just 25 minutes away from the Lost World of Tambun. I would say this is extremely worth the money and I would repeat if I go to Ipoh with my family or friends again.

not a super host but a super duper host.he was flexible to allow early and late checkout .Provided tips on good food..He was quick to respond to questions .comfortable beds ,cool air-conditioning ,he had night lights and etc .strong water pressure at bath and etc.Definately a place I'll come back to stay

Overall, it was a very nice stay at Donald's place. The Majestic Tower, though not a new building, is well maintained. The unit on the 12th floor offers a nice city view, and the cleanliness—especially the spotless floors—is impressive! With three rooms, it feels spacious and comfortable. A couple of things could enhance the experience: adding a washer and dryer for long-term stays and fixing the slightly broken chain lock for better security. Still, it was a great stay!

Beautiful and clean apartment with comfortable beds, nice little kitchen, cozy living and dining area. It has all the necessities eg. mini-fridge, water dispenser, robot vacuum cleaner, dish steriliser, hair dryer, etc. Ann, the host, was very responsive to all messages, communicates clearly and flexible with check in time. Definitely highly recommended!

it's a beautiful place and peaceful environment. all facilities are provided. overall, it's great. great space for 6 ppl. I will definitely recommend to stay here.

Excellent place to stay, clean and nicely decorated. As shown in the photo, all furniture and kitchen utensils are new. It is located a bit out of town, but just a few minutes from the highway. Having a cozy place to come home to after a long day of activities was a bliss

This is my second time with the Helena Homes as a host and I’m happy with their excellent customer service and prompt response. The unit that I stayed is clean and decorated nicely, as per pictures show in the listing. Instructions for check in is extremely clear and easy to follow. Many nice eateries and shopping malls within 7-10 mins drive, good location preferably with transport.

We chose a good time to visit The Haven as it was so quiet in May. We generally had the swimming pool to ourselves and the whole environment was peaceful. The apartment was spacious and clean, with cold drinks, fresh fruit and snacks kindly supplied. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with its beautiful view of the lake and surroundings. The on site restaurant was a little disappointing but it was very easy to get a Grab into town. The wifi was a bit patchy at times but didn’t ruin our experience. I would be happy to stay there again.

It’a pleasure staying here. Lots of facilities that easy to access. And got too many good places and attractions nearby to spend a holiday.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, just walking distance to sunway lost world tambun. The swimming pool and onsen pool are absolutely great. There is currently construction work going on, so it is slightly noisy. Apart from this, it is good.

was a good place near by to town easy to move around many shop and food around the only thing I will suggest is to have bigger mirror in all the room easy for guest to get ready plus to provide atleast standby pillows others than that was good the owner let us check in early plus all the time easy to communicate whn needed I do suggest can visit this place

travel with 2 adult, 2 kids and a baby. Liew's reccomendation for dinung at local seafood ( literallly 3 mins away from from condo was great!!). i figure for those who use to and like to stay nearby lost world of tambun, this is definitely the best. thank you again liew!!!
