Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

Great place to stay for an extended period of time. The home was clean, appliances worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Other amenities in the home were great to have and the gym downstairs was a nice perk. Walkable food options and a quick walk to bus stations that will get you anywhere you need to go. Only downside is that you need to take a bus to any metro station.

Amazing modern apartment in the heart of Gangdam 🤩 Super great location if you want to eat everything, go shopping or attend to some business. The small office space & chair is a very nice touch for meetings/calls + the WiFi is VERY good. Close to all public transport. I would stay here again, easily 🌟

We had a10 family vacation from Indonesia, the unit was very clean very comfortable. only the entrance to the apartment unit needs to be given lights to be bright.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and convenient place. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was so clean, and the hotel had a small space to sit and eat, but the table here was really big and nice. The bathroom was so clean. When I checked in and went in, it smelled so good, and the bed was reasonably fluffy + hard, so it was so nice. If I have to go to the Gangnam side, it's an accommodation I'll visit again! Non-face-to-face check-in is so nice before. It's so easy to leave your luggage, contact is quick, and you're kind ~

The room was clean and tidy and smelled good. I feel very good when I go back to the room every day. The location is great and easy to find. The room is also very warm in winter. The landlord is very kind and I will recommend it to friends.

I had such a lovely time with my family at this cozy place! It’s right in the center of Seoul on the main road, so everything’s so easy to get to. McDonald's, Starbucks, Olive Young are all just a short walk away, and we really made the most of them during our stay😁 I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

The location of the building was good, the room was so clean, and the atmosphere was so nice! I want to visit again next time! The boss is so nice and even if you ask me something that doesn't work well, he solves it very quickly! It was so pleasant and it was 2 nights and 3 days to remember! My girlfriend loves it too ~ However, there is heater heating, but it's a little cold because the floor heating is not working. It would be nice to have some toilet paper.

It wasn't large, but the two of us were very comfortable. It looked just like the photos and it was very clean! The location was very peaceful, and we were close to the subway station. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again!! :)

Had the best stay here. Everything was clean, organized and beautiful. Felt like a home away from home and walking distance to everything convenient. Great place to stay with my whole family from small kids to their grandparents. Love love loved it here and will always remember our beautiful time.

It was nice to be able to listen to songs with the speakers. The interior is well decorated, so it is clean and comfortable ^ ^ However, there are a lot of stains on the dining chair, so I would like to have a cushion. The bed is comfortable, the TV is big, and there are speakers, so it's good to watch movies. I had a good rest.

Overall, our family of 4 loved this airbnb. We stayed at 2 locations during our visit in South Korea. This one and one near hongdae. My husband and I talked about how much we preferred this place over the other. Luxurious. We had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us. The elevator was essential. Location- the place is in a great location for traveling in Gangnam. Its right by the subway exit which is awesome for traveling around especially to sinsadong. Close to bus stop. Walking distance to starfield coex mall. Good resturants and coffee shops. Stay- place looks just like the photos. My fav thing about this place was the incredible views. Its on the high floor and faces the Gangnam river when the sun rises. I sat on the window seat every morning. The only trouble we had was the a/c. It takes a bit to cool down the place. It was so warm when we entered which was stressful. Once the place cools down it was fine. Clean bathrooms. Twin beds okay. Queen was comfortable. Pillows were goo
