Everything was wonderful! The house was perfect for a family gathering. The house sits on a beautiful lot and a peaceful part of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the available activities - hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and inside games. The porch was great for outside meals. We would definitely stay again!

The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the house felt like home. It was tastefully decorated and we could tell there was a lot of thought put into the furnishings and art. The weather allowed us to set outside on the front porch but we didn't experience the back porch. My adult children utilized the sitting area, but I went to bed early. We were only there for one night while conducting business, so our time was limited. If there was anything missing, it was the house only has one bathroom. Since we were leaving early, one bathroom was slightly inconvenient, but we made it work. If we were staying for pleasure, that probably wouldn't have been any issue. Besides; we knew that previously as noted in the description. We are only in town, usually one day during the year. Next year, if the property is available, we will stay there again.

Ricks place was perfect for our weekend visit to Virgina for a friend’s wedding! Love the amount of space we had to spread out and not feel cramped!

Our sixth stay at Pat's farm with each visit topping the last. There is plenty to do on the property or just relax in the peaceful surroundings. There are stores and markets nearby, you are also close to the lovely town of Hillsborough. Enjoy the world class beef, eggs, fresh garden vegetables and more. Pictures and descriptions of this destination gem under promise on the amazing experience. The cherry on top: everyone at the farm is helpful, gracious and kind; we just love them and can't wait for our next visit.

A small home away from home. This cottage is clean, comfortable, with perfect decorations and furniture. Comfy bed and pillows with lots of space for a cottage. Fast Wifi and 2 Roku TVs with climate control in living room and bedroom. A very responsive and helpful host is a major plus. Located in a quiet small neighborhood close to downtown Danville. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, where you can listen to the birds and the river flowing over the dam. A great place to get away to relax and unwind for a bit.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Scott's beautiful place. The home felt so inviting from the moment we walked in. The house was immaculate and the views unbeatable. The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed to cook our meals. Scott was responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed every bit of what the property had to offer.

The backyard and pond are super nice. The cabin is well appointed and clean. There are several homes around so you get the remote experience without being alone. Cleaner was super nice and does a fantastic job!

Barrington and his co-host were very helpful. The house was exactly what I expected from the listing. Clean, not too big, not too small, in a quiet residential neighborhood, and a reasonable drive to HP market. We had an issue with the AC while we were on the property, but Barrington showed up that same day with a ln extra fan and was responsive to the issue (we were able to get AC the same day as we messaged).
