This airbnb was perfect for our bachelorette trip and had to many amenities! Jodi was very responsive before and during the trip!

We had a great stay! Easy check in, great communication, lovely accommodations and amenities, and so close to the beach!

This was a perfect house for a girls’ week! This was our second stay and I feel certain if it’s available next summer we’ll come again! The great backyard and pool along with the roomy house provided all the entertainment and space we needed for hanging out together but also having alone time! Quiet and comfortable, with HEB and Spec’s close by, there’s everything you could need! Great restaurants nearby, super responsive hosts and helpful neighbors (for quick water filter changes) make this an awesome home away from home!!

My wife and i could not recommend Alton’s place any higher. If you’re looking for a private peaceful setting, and one very close to town… this one is what you’re looking for. The advertised description of the home is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

Arielle was very courteous, responsive, and communicated promptly. The space was very peaceful and was as described. I look forward to returning in the future.

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

This Airbnb was a perfect location for a beach trip! Super close to several great locations, food, and fun. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

Everything about our stay was great! The house was spotless and we immediately felt welcomed when we walked in the door. We enjoyed having a kitchen full of pots, pans, utensils, etc so we could cook our own meals. My kids also loved having toys and board games to play during our stay. The house is close, like a 2-5 min drive, to downtown DeRidder and many restaurants and shops in the area. Gin was also quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I’d highly recommend The Guest House to anyone looking for a place to stay in DeRidder!

I needed a place for a night & I’m in honestly sad it was only one night because I immediately felt right at home. Pictures don’t do this place justice! It was so clean, beautiful & my main concern traveling by myself as a woman, SAFE! I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in a really long time. She was so responsive & gave super clear instructions, it was perfect & I’m going to remember this hidden gem the next time I’m in town so I can stay longer 💛

Where to start the house was amazing from the bedrooms to the bathrooms, backyard is amazing. Pool was perfect. Everything about this place was amazing one of the best places I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s over the years. This is one of the best I would recommend it to anybody that’s visiting that area host was very responsive. Early check-in was amazing. Can’t see how happy we are perfect place for a family or just to get away.

Cleanest Airbnb I’ve yet to stay at. Would’ve passed military white glove inspection. Amazing and super helpful host.

This was a home away from home. It had everything we needed from hair dryer to coffee and flavored creamer. We will definitely return when making a visit to Louisiana from Indiana. We appreciated the coziness.

We had a great stay at Cricket Hollow! The place was spotless and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable—everyone slept great. It’s a clean, cozy, and well-kept spot that’s perfect for a peaceful getaway at Caddo Lake. Highly recommend!

Lisa's cottage was absolutely the best home we've stayed in so far after years of staying in homes while on vacation. Everything was spotless, well stocked beyond my expectations, peaceful, very comfortable beds, comprehensive directions in a binder, and we enjoyed the view from the porch including seeing a turkey, deer, donkeys, cattle, and other farm animals that came to the fence line of the property. Lisa communicated that she was available for anything we should need during our stay. There is so much to do in the neighboring towns and many delicious restaurants nearby. We had a great week and would definitely return.

Perfect destination for peace & quiet!! Totally enjoyed outings in the jon boat, sitting around the fire, eating dinner on the back porch, sleeping in (super comfy bed!), and hanging out in the hot tub...Anissa did a wonderful job on this place.

This place is off the beaten path in the best way! Harold is an astounding host and was super responsive. He even helped out with an emergency rescue of items after we flew out of town. The house is immaculate and everything we needed for a relaxing retreat while visiting family. This is the last place you need to look at. Congrats! You found it!

This is a great place to stay, house was very clean and clutter free which was great with us having a baby with us. He was able to crawl around and we did not have to worry about him getting into anything. There are outlet covers on all unused outlets. The fenced in back yard was great for the kids were able to run around. Gates are well secured and house automatically locks back after set time, which was a great security for us and the kids. Beds and pillow were very comfortable, and we loved that there are extra blankets. A/c works very well, as we like it cold and was able to turn it as low as we wanted. Washer/dryer was great to have and worked amazing. The house is easy to locate and is close to all the things to do (10-20) depending on where you’re going.

What a perfectly peaceful visit we had! We came for a wedding but were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings right outside the door. The home was clean, well stocked and had wonderful furnishings! The bed was firm and very comfortable! Suzie was so responsive when I had to message her because I locked my phone inside after the door code expired. She also let my daughter and I have a little later check out so we could enjoy a slow morning. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will hopefully be back!
