Ronnie’s place was absolutely WONDERFUL! My favorite air bnb I’ve stayed in so far. Perfectly located in new Albany and walking distance to everything. Steps away from a coffee shop, the farmers market, stores, etc. Extremely cozy, clean, and the perfect little place for a few people. I was so impressed!!! Black out curtains in the bedroom, keyless entry which was so easy, open area in the kitchen and living room. Only downsides are that there are some stairs you have to go up which can be difficult with luggage, but there were maybe 15 steps so easily manageable. There are also other units right next to you so sound travels super easy. Both nights I heard people past 10 pm, but that’s similar to staying in a hotel. I would 1000% stay here again!!! Absolutely amazing listing.

The welcoming sign was such a nice personal touch, and it set the tone for the entire experience. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a huge plus, and the location was ideal for attending the Equip Expo. The hosts were communicative and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back on my next trip to the area. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Fantastic home! Still smells brand new and is very clean. Really appreciated all of the kitchen items, the plush bathroom towels, and the laundry amenities. We were a group of four (two couples) in town to experience the Bourbon Trail for a birthday. The location provided easy access to everywhere we wanted to go in Kentucky but with a much better price than staying in Louisville. It’s also a short drive to gas stations, grocery stores, and tons of food and drink options. We would definitely stay here again!

So many great things to say about this place. Peaceful, far enough away from everything to feel pretty secluded in nature, yet close tenough to get in to any city stuff you want. Quiet, clean, had everything we needed. They even furnished some things that we didn't think to bring such as coffee filters. We fished the pond and lake for 3 days and caught a total of 82 fish. We caught roughly 65 blue gill and the rest were bass. The larger size catches were in the lake. Our last night there we also witnessed 5 deer roaming the property, three of which were within about 50 feet of the back deck. Great communication from the host, great people to book an Airbnb with. We'd absolutely stay here again.

My Daughter and I were in town for the Bourbon & Beyond Music Festival and in KY for the first time. Had a great time and Ashley's place was super! Would be back again if in the area. Thank you Ashley!!

Great place! Very nice! We had an excellent time! Great location! Very accessible to Louisville and the Louder than Life music festival! Will definitely look for this property again in the future!

Very cozy home. Off street parking. Settled right in. A busy residential street during the day but quiet at night. Large backyard for your fur baby and accessible sidewalks on side streets. Host was very welcoming and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay near Louisville. The place was extremely clean and as described. Communication was excellent. Awesome having children’s plates and utensils. Forgot about the toll bridge to get into Louisville, but you can avoid those if you’re willing to spend a couple extra minutes in the car! Would definitely stay here again!
