Calf cabin- Unique and beautiful farmstead!

Countryside getaway! If you want to experience something unique during your trip to Iceland this little house has been repurposed as guest house. On our farm it has always been called the Calf cabin, as it was used as a small barn and a stable in the past. On the outside we preserved the old rock laying and the architecture style but mixed old and new styles on the inside. We recycled and repurposed as much material as possible and we are pleased with the outcome. Now it is a cozy little suite.

They are both very private though it is just a stone’s throw away from the Ring Road. Excellent base for exploring the wonders of the South, for instance Gullfoss & Geysir, The Westmann Islands, the beautiful waterfalls along the south coast and The black beach in Vik.

Eyvindarholt Hill House

The Hill House is a great location for visiting South Iceland. From the house, there is a beautiful view, and the house is big and spacious. It has five good bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big living room to get together or relax after a day out. The surroundings are peaceful, and there are many options for short hiking from the house. This house is the perfect place for big families or friends.

Hekluhestar farm cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cottage is at a farm where there are horses, sheep, chickens and dogs roaming around. This farm cottages is nicely located, only around one hour drive from Reykjavik, the Golden circle and Vík on the south coast. The farm offers short and long horse riding tours and are always happy to share a lovely riding experience.

The Little House

The house is 25 square meters. standing absolutely alone on a one hectares plot of land. Small football field, trampoline and balcony. No one will disturb you, unless maybe sounds from the birds all around or the horses on next plot. The house is cozy and warm. Keep in mind that the main bed is 120cm wide.
