Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Your dog is also welcome on the fenced, 1600 sqm garden plot. Wi-Fi, sauna, hot tub and table tennis are available free of charge. The pool and sauna are exclusively available for you. Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

We offer a 2024 partially renovated beautiful and spacious 3-room apartment with balcony. The village of Trogen is not far from Hof an der Saale. Excursion destinations such as the Zoo Hof, the Untreusee with labyrinth and climbing park, the Theresienstein and Lake Lettenbachsee are nearby. Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow for great excursions.

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
