The small American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal.

A beautiful exterior with parking and very cosy and quiet courtyard. Only 5 minutes from Segré by car, 40 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Rennes and Laval

Fontenelle: quiet between springs and stream

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

The Oudon Cottage

The assets of the Cottage de l'Oudon are above all Calm, Comfort and space. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. This apartment is ideally located in the center, in front of the town hall and less than 500 m from all shops. The perfect location for your vacation or business trip. Its location allows you to travel around Segré and its surroundings very easily. It is located 40 km from Angers.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
