House vacation rentals in Seaview

Great location for kids with use of play park, sports pitch, arcades etc. We really appreciated all the little extras provided in the caravan - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls and even chocolates! 😋 It’s worth noting there is no WiFi or 3G/4G in the caravan but there is a tv and various board games which the kids made the most of. And you cannot park adjacent to the caravan, but it’s only a very short walk. The bedrooms are VERY small - but I guess that’s expected! Overall a great stay. Caron was very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing time staying in Katie's home. The house was perfect for our family get together. We had everything we needed to chill out and enjoy our time together. The pool was perfect, lovely and warm. The garden is perfect for afternoon drinks, the horses came up to the fence of the garden in groups, which was so lovely to see. This is a wonderful house for children, we are booking to come back next August with our Grandchildren. A very relaxing weekend.

Samantha has been super helpful and always replied to messages promptly. There had been some issues with the accommodation going on and off during our stay but Samantha responded right away to help us out. Really appreciate it! The cabin itself is cute and cosy. Might be a bit small for 7 guests to squeeze in as listed but was perfect for the three of us. It comes with almost everything needed for a short getaway and we enjoyed our time very much. The only cons I’d say is that the cleanliness was not the best, might be a bit rough for the cleaner to clean the cabin when the previous guests only just checked out few hours before we checked in.

Having just returned from a 3 night stay at Guy's property, we already want to go back! Myself and 11 others stayed for a friends' holiday and were able to completely relax due to the amazing features and amenities provided by Guy. The ping pong table, pool, hot tub and very well stocked games cupboard were all a huge hit. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and was a great socialising area. Guy helped us with booking a private chef for one of the evenings, which was a real luxurious treat. Guy was so quick to respond to any of my messages and we felt really welcome at Passford Farm. Thank you very much for having us!

All the information given was accurate and helpful and the only problem we had was dealt with immediately via email contact. The accommodation was very comfortable and everything we could have needed was there - I would only say that if you have any allergies to pet hair, choose an accommodation that doesn't allow dogs to stay - this was our error as it said in the details that dogs were welcome but we didn't think it would affect our sufferer. We had a lovely 2 night stay in Helen’s holiday home. It was beautifully furnished and clean. Lots of everyday utensils/items available to make our stay smoother. Simple offerings of hand soap in the bathrooms which we normally forget to pack! Great for our dog with a secure veranda for him to people watch ! We would definitely recommend this home to someone else.

Lovely house, garden, games room and Pool! Perfect for celebrating an 80th birthday with extended family. House was exactly as described and we lucked out with the weather so the pool was put to good use!

We had an amazing stay. Everything was there that we needed and we felt right at home from the start. Carolyn’s communication was excellent and instructions were very clear. We were blessed with the weather for the entire week and the park was quiet and peaceful with a lovely woodland walk close by. The park is well positioned for exploring the local area and we made the most of being by the coast as well as going on a number of beautiful walks around Burley, Brockenhurst and the tall trees trail. We loved seeing the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs roaming free and have returned home (reluctantly!), feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Carolyn for providing us with an amazing comfortable base from which to enjoy everything.

Another fantastic stay at Roseglen. Beautifully presented property and ideal for family trip. Bunk beds for the kids next to a double room for wife and I. The other double bedroom was in the opposite corner of the house, which was ideal for the grandparents. The location is also great for access to Steephill Cove and the costal path into Ventnor. As before, Tom was a very attentive host and provided us with lots of useful information and guidance prior to our stay. Thank you.

My friends are I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cornerstones. We know the area well and the house is perfectly located for our walks and local visits. The house is very well equipped spotlessly cleaned with really comfortable beds and good showers. Unfortunately we barely used the garden due to the unseasonal weather but hopefully next time we will as it’s very nice. The road is extremely quiet and within minutes you can be out walking in this spectacular area.

This place is an amazing find. Very clean and well equipped. The garden is amazing and enclosed so we had very happy dogs. The beach is 5 mins away and we had amazing walks. We will definitely be back !

Lovely barn which was perfect for what we needed. There was some confusion about extra charges for some of the facilities but we chose not to use them so all was fine. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A lovely house in a quiet road, a short (and very pleasant) walk from the centre of Chichester. Well-equipped, beautifully furnished, and just what we needed for our three night stay. Amanda and Dominic were very helpful throughout.

Great airbnb for a short stay. Very clean and beats location. Holly is proactive in her communication and responds quickly to queries.

Was a great location, loads of character, clean and really enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend, and would easily rebook next time I'm down there.

A fantastic place for a multi-generational family weekend: from 1 year to 71 years!! The house had a very homely feel: masses of space, superbly equipped and perfectly geared-up to family living. There was even a whole drawer in the kitchen devoted to children's cups, plates, bowls and cutlery!! Everyone enjoyed the games room (we hadn't seen Pac-Man for a while!), the playroom and the garden. We loved the proximity to the beach which was only a 5-minute walk from the front door, sitting in the sun-room and views of the countryside and the stars at night. Chichester is 20 minutes away and a lovely city to spend time exploring; all 14 of us had great fun following a treasure trail on the Saturday morning. We ended up at The Seal in Selsey for an excellent pub lunch. Overall, a perfect place for a family weekend. Thank You Jon and Jacinta.

Alison was super quick and helpful with her responses to messages both before and during the visit. It's a lovely and comfortable place to stay and is well equipped with all you'd need. I stayed with a group of girl friends for a weekend and it provided a great base for exploring the area and the beautiful countryside north of the house.

We had a lovely few days at The Coach House. Straight away it felt homely and comfortable. The house has a lovely view across the Solent and you can spot ships and ferries coming and going. The beds were really comfortable and the location very quiet so I had a better sleep than at home! The shower was excellent as well. Beth and Scott (and Cosmo) were very friendly supplying all the information that you require in advance.

We had a lovely stay at Kerry’s house . It was ideal for a family of 6 of us and we’d definitely try to book again if we come to chandlers ford again. It felt very peaceful at the corner of the cul de sack and the house was spotless and had many lovely details that Kerry had put in place that made it feel homely . Thank you Kerry

Fab stay! We had a quiet girls weekend away and thought the place was perfect! Spotless, modern and fresh. And great location for a taxi to Gunwharf Quays for shopping & lunch. Easy checking in & out and amazing to have 4 x double rooms to relax in. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous house in an idyllic location… felt like we had a private beach. The house is beautiful and well appointed - stunning panoramic views! Perfect for our special family celebration. Sabina responded promptly to all of our enquiries and provided detailed instructions to help us get the best from our stay.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

My colleagues stayed here for the week had a comfortable stay the house was really clean and tidy, and had everything they needed. Would stay again.
