We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Sip coffee in the sunroom, enjoy conversation with family & friends in the gorgeous custom kitchen or retreat to one of the cozy high design bedrooms for some quiet time. This home has everything you need to unplug and relax. Steps away from the beach and an easy walk to downtown, you won't find another place quite like this on the N. Coast!

4-night minimum for July and Aug. Located a few short blocks from beach and promenade boardwalk, a few steps from river and climbing play-park! Wi-Fi, basic cable T.V., videos, games, books. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Spacious bathroom, soft linens. In response to a guest that said the bed needed some “fluff”, we now have a new comfy, foam-top mattress in the master. Charcoal BBQ. NO PETS. SORRY! OTHER: July & August = 4-night minimum required. Holidays = 3-nt min.
