We are very satisfied with our stay in the form of 10 adults and 3 infants. The house was spotless. Everything was available for the babies and us to be comfortable. Mr. Kemal was responsive to our every need. We had a smooth and pleasant holiday. We left everything as we found it and left the house in a pleasant and happy way. We'd prefer it again.

We had a pleasant weekend as a family…We stayed in July, the location of the house and the beauty of the place was very impressive, and even though it was hot, we were able to stay comfortably with small children with windy weather…Ilter Happy and we were communicating, Mr. Huseyin was a suitable house for families with children.

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. The host's amenities were full of details you wouldn't normally find in a rental home. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the host for this wonderful experience.

This is such a great location. So peaceful with lovely walking, beautiful rivers and wonderful hospitality. Perfect way to get away from modern life and relax.

The house was a bit cold at night but, they were so nice and generous, they invited us to break fast and that was really thoughtful and they have lake houses that I’ll definitely reserve next time ,

Ms. Suna was very helpful in everything from the first check-in. The energy was very nice. He also gave us priority in the areas we share with him. She also had very nice communication with our child and was quite welcome to their racket. The house, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The terrace was an option where we could breathe a little bit, especially in the heat of the night and enjoyably sip our drinks. The house is also within walking distance of the sea and the nearby beach is not too crowded, a place where you can be very comfortable. With your car, you can also go to Fatma Women's Bay (we never liked the crowd), and the south coast with its sandy beach as well. Overall, we were satisfied with the service we received and the experience we had. Whatever might have been better, it would be great if there was air conditioning at home; we had a bit of a hard time with the heat as we went on very hot days.

We had a great two days. Ms. Selcay's hospitality, sincerity, and helpfulness were really nice. The breakfast was very delicious, it was a beauty to pay attention to the presentation. The house was already just like the photo, a beautifully decorated, happy stone house. We collected pomegranates from the garden, collected eggs for the children for breakfast, made pancakes with them:) They were very docile in the dogs in the garden, and it was a pleasure to see all the colors of the autumn in the garden, in short, it was a holiday that we could not forget that we were all happy with 4 adults and 3 children...

Our stay at Villa Balloka was truly unforgettable! The property is even more stunning than the photos show, with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy, making it ideal for our family gathering. Ergin and Mr. Mehmet were fantastic hosts—always helpful and quick to respond when needed. The villa is fully equipped with a pool, basketball court, and movie room. The kids loved it so much, they often chose to stay at the villa instead of sightseeing. We rented a van, which made commuting to sightseeing spots easy. There are also several great restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Ergin's excellent communication made the check-in and checkout process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

Yalcin brother and his therapist house can be called a natural wonder in itself. Its house , fireplace, and jacuzzi, located on the creekside in nature, was a superb experience with everything. It's an environment where you get your egg from the coop and feel its naturalness to the maximum. Hope to go back soon
