Loft vacation rentals in Scotland

Amazing stay right in the heart of Edinburgh, most places we wanted to go to were less than a 15 minute walk! Kitchen is large and well stocked, living room is nice and cozy with access to many streaming apps, and the bedrooms were comfortable and warm. Gordon was also super responsive, he was able to get us back into the home quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Overall an amazing place and I would definitely return.

Noel & Muriel are great hosts. I stayed there for 3 weeks whilst working locally and they couldn’t have made it easier and more comfortable for me. The house is in a very nice area and the room / bathroom are exactly as you see in the photos. Super clean, warm and a good space to relax in. Thanks.

A lovely converted farm building nestled in a picturesque location with far-reaching views of the loch and mountains beyond. Striking distance (relatively speaking!) to Oban heading south and heading north - Fort William. Top-notch food available nearby at the Airds Hotel, Port Appin and the Old Inn. Ralph couldn't be more responsive to messages and the on-site estate worker (and family!) couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Had a fantastic weekend stay at an Airbnb in Bangor, Northern Ireland. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a great location near the marina and local attractions. The host was friendly and provided helpful recommendations.

Accommodation as described, easy to find with the instructions provided, sufficient equipment for a few days, located about ten minutes from Inverness (essential vehicle). The owners are welcoming and responsive.

We had an extremely enjoyable week at this delightful barn conversion. It was perfect for our needs; close to Edinburgh for sightseeing during the daytime , comfortable and cozy for relaxing in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the wood burning stove. We really appreciated the welcome package of fresh farm eggs, biscuits and tea and coffee. Communication with Chris was great and we would highly recommend this property.

I couldn’t recommend this lovely AirBnB highly enough in a lovely tranquil location with a balcony overlooking a gardens and a river/stream. It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay and Paul was a great host who attended to every request. I will definitely be back at some point 👌

Great location, great accommodation, great hosts. Speedy communication and excellent check in and out. Comfortable and very quiet. A nice retreat from a day of sightseeing and visiting relatives. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

The Sorley Boys snug had a nice feel to it with some terrific amenities. John ensured we had what we needed for our stay and was flexible with check in. The decor was lovely and had thoughtful artwork that tied into the area. We loved picking fresh blackberries each day on our walks to the city. We appreciated the milk, cereal and coffee that was provided. It made for easier mornings!

Lovely weekend at The Bothy! We arrived when it was dark so waking up to the amazing view in the morning was a treat. Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful - gave us perfect instructions and local recommendations. Hope to be back soon!

This was my 5th visit to Hannah’s loft apartment. It’s such a lovely spacious place, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance to pubs & restaurants. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough.

We loved Jennie's loft so much we didn't want to leave! It's in a perfect location in Dunvegan less than 5 mins walk from the village with choice of restaurants and shop but absolutely peaceful which was just what we wanted. The standard of the apartment was top-notch, spotlessly clean and welcoming with lovely cake and a personal message for us on arrival. Wi-Fi and tv all worked as expected - don't expect streaming speeds from the Wi-Fi but it was perfectly good enough for a video call, which was handy as I didn't have a mobile signal (not unusual in Skye!). Jennie was the perfect host, always available for advice when we needed it - including details of the local taxi. Donda is the only taxi driver in the village so book early - we were lucky given it was in mid-October but I'd imagine his availability is limited in high-season. When, not if, we come back to Skye we'd definitely stay here again - thankyou for a lovely time Jennie!

We had a lovely stay at Maddybenny. The play park was such a great addition, our children loved it!! Such a great central location for visiting the north coast! We hope to come back someday 🤞🏼

I absolutely loved Ardbeg Apartment! Following a very warm welcome from Andrew, I quickly settled in to this spotlessly clean, and well appointed apartment. There was everything that I needed, including use of a drying room for my wet gear after a day out walking on a rainy day. Andrew kept in communication throughout my stay to check that all was well, and give advice when needed. I really appreciated the lovely thoughtful touches, upon arrival, such as fresh flowers, delicious biscuits etc. I'd be happy to recommend the apartment to anyone, and will probably be back myself!

This is a lovely little apartment in an idyllic location. Stanislaw was an excellent host too! All in all, highly recommended.
