Leah responded to my booking request within minutes. This was so important because our previous reservations fell through. This was a last-minute booking and I’m so thankful that I was able to find such a wonderful location. Everything that was in the listing was accurate and we felt right at home after an easy check-in process. I cannot thank Leah and Brandon enough for their willingness to let us rent their beautiful cottage last minute. The home is fully stocked with anything that we may have needed. It was a little chilly, but the space heaters were enough to get us through the chilly nights. My kids and I were able to watch Halloween movies on the TV while gazing at the full moon from the skylight above in the living room. I’m looking forward to going back to Massachusetts in the future. There are so many different things that this town and surrounding towns offer.

This house was perfect for a fall getaway weekend for my family. The owners have done a lovely job renovating--kitchen is gorgeous and seems brand new, the shower is the best I've had in any Airbnb, better than home! The beach was gorgeous, right out the door and we loved long walks with our dogs where we would see barely anyone else. Couches and chairs in the living room were very comfy and we had lovely cozy evenings playing games and watching TV. We will definitely be back!

We were fortunate to find this place to stay at when my husband and son came to see the Celtics this weekend. It’s literally in the back yard of TD Garden. The cute little old building is in surreal contrast to its surroundings. It’s an easy walk to the North End; we grabbed a pizza from Regina’s. A Star Market with completely reasonable grocery prices was right there. It felt safe. The beds and down comforters were cozy! And the 12pm checkout was easy, even with this Sunday being daylight saving time. Thanks!

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

Very welcoming host, place is spotless and brand new, location is also very convenient. Has on site parking for two vehicles, this alone saves you $100 a day compared to hotels. Entire place is very well furnished, comes with fresh fruit, soda, Starbucks k-cup coffee and more. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Had a great stay at this place (this was our second time there). Our plane to the area was much delayed but our hosts were understanding and very helpful. Everything was as advertised and the place was convenient to our activities visiting family. Will definitely stay there again!

We have had a lot of luck with AirBnB, but Valeri's place was the best so far. Literally across the street from beach access. A great restaurant next door with several others in easy walking distance. Minutes from Salem and Marblehead. The rental was fantastic. You could and picture it as being what you would want in a seaside vacation getaway or second home. Everything was clean, stocked, and organized. Beds were comfortable, and it was just a really all around relaxing environment. Loved the decor! Valeri was very nice and gave great local recommendations. I don't check to see if she's a "super" host, but she's number one for me. Loved our weekend getaway and would absolutely book again.
