This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... Our 3 room apartment in the attic (2nd floor) is located at the most beautiful place in Werder - in the middle of the beautiful island. Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, churches, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. At our farm is a cafe with delicious breakfast, lunch and cafe offers. Not far from the apartment, there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
