Vacation rentals with a patio in Schwaz District

The views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains from this apartment are fabulous! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a huge outdoor terrace. The mechanical blinds on the windows provide privacy and darkness when desired. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large open floorplan for the kitchen and living area between the 2 bedrooms...it felt very spacious. The apartment was very well-designed and comfortable. There is a parking spot available in a garage that is a 2-3 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2-3 minutes away to travel down into Innsbruck. You can also take a bus or walk up the hill (about 10 minute walk) to take the funicular down into Innsbruck or the cable car up near the peak of the mountain. Our hosts were kind people who were helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

I was with my boyfriend and our child for a week in this wonderful accommodation with this great family. Everything was as described and pictured in the photos. The apartment was even bigger than we expected. We were able to visit the animals on the farm every day, which was really great and made the vacation something special. By car, you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket and numerous opportunities to do something. Absolutely recommended from our point of view. Thanks for the hospitality!

A perfect place to stay and a beautiful setting - Simone met us on arrival and was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was fantastic and was very comfortable for my husband, myself and our grown up daughter to stay for the weekend. We were visiting family and it was a great location for us. We had a very relaxing stay and will hopefully return soon.

We had a great time in Ingrid's apartment! The accommodation is very spacious, excellently divided and offers all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you have everything you need right outside the door. We were also "quickly" in the Zillertal every day for skiing. Ingrid is a super host who prepared everything perfectly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

I highly recommend staying here. It’s a clean, neat, updated property that’s in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to many great spots and restaurants. Winny is very proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with and will help you navigate Innsbruck. It’s a beautiful city with lots to do!

Fantastic base for your adventures around the Tirol region in a quiet area with beautiful views. Very spacious apartment, sunny terrace looking over the mountains for sunset aperitivi. Everything seems somehow newly renovated and also perfectly in keeping with another moment in time, creating a great vibe. Easy parking.

The place is easy to find, and reach. It is very clean. The attic bed is good but if you are very tall like me(>6 feet) it might be slightly difficult to navigate. Overall a good and positive experience. Recommend!

We were traveling with a larger group for skiing and stayed in Kirsten's great Blueberry house. The approach to the house is very steep, but there was no fresh snow with us, so it was easily feasible. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the ski bus, so you did not need the car. The place is very clean and you have a great view of the mountain through the panoramic window in the living room. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for cooking and there are several coffee machines. Kirsten was always available and helped us immediately if we had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Top, Wolfgang was easily accessible, accommodation very nice! Private garden, sauna and hot tub make the weekend an experience. Right in nature, hiking trails right outside the front door with great destinations. Parking right outside the door and fully equipped house.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

Staying at Johannes and Franz's place was fantastic! The hosts were very kind, helpful, and always available. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

It is the last city of our trip, Vera’s house made our ending perfect. There is hiking track near her apartment with magnificent view of the snow mountains when we came. Nice kitchen and modern style, the design of the apartment made us feel home, and our room is well equipped and clean. Strong recommend! Drive to Innsbruck only 15-20mins very convenient.
