We had a lovely ski weekend with Alexandra and Reinhard. The place is comfortably furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Alexandra was top notch!

We were here with a group of friends to spend a weekend in the mountains. The place is really spacious, clean and beautifully located. There is ample parking and communication was very easy. The two smaller bunk beds in the 6-person bedroom felt a little shaky and are probably more designed for children. Overall highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time and would come back anytime. The family was super friendly, very helpful and we could reach everything from there by car without problems. We can only recommend it!

The local is just astonishing! The owner was super nice and helpfull all the time. We just had a lovely time.

we had a nice week in the apartment. A stone's throw from the ski lift and skiing to the front door (with plenty of snow). The sofa bed is not optimal, the double bed sleeps very well. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view, cozy cottage!

Maria is a great host, took care of everything, is extremely friendly and has an authentic character. Here you get a beautiful place with good connection to the Spieljochbahn and the large ski area in the Zillertal. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Maria!!!

We had a great week. The house is super cozy and you have enough space. We were 7 people and dogs. We slept great there. Hikes from the cottage are nice to do but driving around in the area is definitely worth it. You can do something different every day. The contact with Claudia was very smooth. In short: very satisfied!

We felt really comfortable in the guest apartment. The place was modern and very clean. Our hostess, Katharina, was warm, hospitable and uncomplicated. We were able to contact them at any time with questions and always received a quick response. We were also very enthusiastic about the delicious farm products. The property is located in a quiet and idyllic area. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful time and all the hospitality.

We had a wonderful week in the Thaler family's Feldkasten. You just have your absolute peace and privacy. We were able to park our car right in front of the property. The terrace invites you to linger. The Feldkasten is also super nicely decorated and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back. :)

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

I'm thrilled with our stay! The house is beautiful and - without covering the original - was spiced up with a lot of love for detail. We, a cooking-loving group of women, found all the cooking utensils in the kitchen. Even for all coffee tastes, appliances were available, whether espresso machine, fully automatic coffee maker, press jug or conventional coffee maker! The previously sent "user manual" for the house left nothing to be desired. Everything has been richly illustrated and explained clearly. The beds were fantastic, the furnishings very lovingly put together. The surroundings were heavenly. Pure nature and many paths to discover it all around. Kirsten was a wonderful host. The communication was quick and easy. A big thank you also for the delicious welcome and the brews/cream bag ♥️ I highly recommend both the house and our friendly host!

We spent a wonderful few days as a family with adult sons and dog in this cozy cabin. Everything you need is available. Diana gives helpful tips for the area and is always available. We didn't miss anything and we can only recommend the cabin and the landlady.

Really very nice house, very clean and complete with everything. The owner was very kind but only spoke German. Luckily, shortly after, the son arrived who spoke great English and even Italian. The location is great, a little in the center of all our excursions around Tyrol and Bavaria. Ultra recommended

Wonderful accommodation close to Lake Achensee, very well-equipped kitchen, great view from the balcony of the mountains and green areas. Super host with quick and clear answers. Everything well described.

Wonderful mountain hideaway with a beautiful farm. Apartment was new, well equipped, and in excellent shape. Far enough away from town so its peaceful, without being too far away that it's inconvenient. Great views everywhere and lots of hiking. Kids can interact with the cows in the late afternoon and there is an adorable bunny (named Karotte) to pet! Maria is very friendly and helpful with great local recommendations. Had an absolutely fantastic stay!

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

Great stay, nice calm place

We really liked the stay for us as a family of 6 (including the youngest at 1.5 years). Check-in was easy and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. Above all, the little one liked the play world in the basement, as well as the play facilities in the garden. The apartment was super clean and incredibly cozy, we felt immediately comfortable. In the kitchen everything necessary was available, the washrooms, as well as the shower were also clean and maintained. The bedrooms were also very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the location of the suite very much, after a short walk you can reach the mountain railway, as well as some restaurants. Right next to the property is a supermarket, which is super convenient if you need something quickly. We thank Gabi very much for her hospitality and are glad to have had such a nice weekend in such a great place. Kind regards :)

Fantastic location on the Achensee, perfect starting point for hikes and excursions. The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts can give great tips about the area!

Great location, landlady is very nice and friendly. Very good restaurants in Reith, cheese factory, butcher all super nice and accommodating. Bicycle rental in Brixlegg usually always has enough bikes on site. Recommended the Holzalm, easily accessible by bike. With the Alpine map on all activities, there is a discount. There are plenty of sporting offers in the area, recommended rafting from the sport Ossi👍👍👍👍👍 Achensee is also always worth a trip.
