We (2 families) felt very comfortable. Homeowner lives in an in-law apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, having a car on site makes sense. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and much more) are easy and uncomplicated to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.
A charming chalet is nestled on a gentle hill, surrounded by lush greenery. A vibrant rainbow arches over the scene, enhancing the serene rural landscape. The structure features wooden architectural elements that blend harmoniously with the natural setting.

Exklusives Chalet in Hart im Zillertal

We spent eight magical nights at this stunning chalet which is beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after long days on the slopes. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind, and the sauna was an amazing addition that made our stay even more special. While the chalet is a 25m drive from the main ski station, the location is absolutely worth it—offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, essential amenities are conveniently close by. Our wonderful host Kurt went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We appreciated the mid-week cleaning service and the overall attentiveness that made our trip seamless. One thing to note: Kurt requires a deposit to be paid in cash, but he is incredibly reasonable, and we had no issues—just something to keep in mind when planning your trip.

Chalet "Erika"

The Chalet Erika is highly recommended. The interior is modern and at the same time it fits the environment. Great importance is attached to natural materials. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Roswitha and her team are very warm and at the same time discreet. Individual needs are also taken into account. The loving catering also deserves nothing but praise. The absolute highlight for us was the view from the Jacuzzi!
The bedroom features wooden paneling and a warm, natural color palette. A spacious double bed is dressed in white linens, and two windows with lace curtains provide natural light. A rustic light fixture hangs above the bed, while a wooden dresser and a small desk complete the cozy atmosphere.
