Condo vacation rentals in Schwaz District

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

Die Unterkunft von Vera war sehr zum Wohlfühlen und schön im Grünen gelegen. Perfekte Ausgangslage für Wanderungen an der Nordkette und die Stadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Nikolaos was incredibly helpful and quickly responded to all questions. We traveled by train so the apt being very close to the station was a huge plus for us. The location also was convenient for walking around the city. Pictures and descriptions on the website are accurate. As others have mentioned, the building is indeed a bit dingy but the apartment itself was extremely clean and tidy.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i lägenheten! Vi var sju personer och lägenheten överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Den var perfekt för att laga mat och umgås i och kändes rymlig och hemtrevlig. Det enda lilla var att en i sällskapet är väldigt allergisk mot katter och fick en allergisk reaktion under veckan. I övrigt var allt verkligen toppen och vi skulle absolut åka tillbaka!

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage bei Zack verbracht. Er ist ein unglaublich liebevoller und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir die nächsten Ecken im Zillertal entdecken wollen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Es fehlt an nichts – alles ist top ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung

My stay in Innsbruck was made exceptional by the apartment’s perfect location and stunning views. Nestled in a quiet yet central area, it was just minutes from the charming old town and all the city’s key attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully furnished, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. But the highlight was the breathtaking view of the Alps through large windows, offering a postcard-perfect scene from dawn to dusk. In the morning I watched the sunrise over the mountains, and at night, the twinkling city lights below created a magical ambiance. The location was also practical, with shops, cafés, and public transport all close by. This apartment truly felt like a perfect home away from home and made my Innsbruck experience unforgettable. I would not hesitate to return!

Staying at Johannes and Franz's place was fantastic! The hosts were very kind, helpful, and always available. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. Vorallem der Garten mit Hängematten, Feuerstelle und Lichterketten war mega schön!

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

Le logement de Liris était splendide. La vue sur les montagnes était tout aussi belle. Liris a été très gentille avec nous et c’était très facile de communiquer avec elle, très réactive et amicale! C’est de loin un des plus beau logement que j’ai pu voir et loger. Merci encore pour tout ! Je recommande fortement!

Wer in der für mich schönste Wohnung und dazu eine tolle Frau treffen will, sollte bei Vera übernachten. Man hat ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad und Dusche im 1.OG. Vera hat dort sogar einen Süßigkeiten Teller als willkommens Überraschung stehen. Die Wohnung ist so schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. sodass man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause fühlt. ach und von der Wohnung aus kann man auch direkt loswandern 😊 also top Ausgangslage für Sport. Sonst benötigt man ein Auto für Einkäufen. etc. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich, und euer Navi leitet euch richtig Bergauf, auch wenn man denkt das dies nicht richtig sein kann- es ist richtig und schön Privat dort oben. Vera hat in der Wohnung alles super beschriftet und man findet sich sofort zurecht. Wenn man Probleme beim Schlafen hat wenn es hell ist, sollte man eine schlafmaske mitnehmen, denn das obere Fenster kann man nicht abhängen. Ich komme jederzeit liebend gerne wieder und kann euch nur empfehlen bei Vera euren Aufenthalt zu buchen.

Absolut traumhafte Unterkunft! Das Haus war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und umgeben von wunderschöner Natur. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das leise Muhen der Kühe auf der Weide nebenan, was für eine unglaublich entspannende Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt für unseren Skiurlaub. Der Skibus hält unmittelbar vor der Tür und man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Gondel. Der Brötchen Service war super und die Küche top ausgestattet. Schöne moderne Badezimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Super schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

Apartment located in the nice town of Igls. Spacious, nicely decorated. Fully equipped. The only inconvenience is the loud fan in the toilet. You can hear the bell from the nearby church ringing many times during the day, but this is rather the charm of this place. The owner is very nice and helpful. She gave us some advice. WiFi worked reliably. We highly recommend staying with Karl at IGLS.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Innsbruck. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, von Kaffeemaschine über Föhn etc - und zudem gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Joachim hat uns von Anfang an mit vielerlei Informationen und guten Ratschlägen für unseren Urlaub informiert. Mit der FeWo hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Wipptal und den Ort. Es liegt ideal, um ausgedehnte Wanderungen ins Umland zu unternehmen. Supermarkt sowie diverse Pizzerien sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist recht schmal und steil, aber man kann einen kleinen Umweg durch das Wohngebiert fahren, wo ein Großteil der Straße deutlich angenehmer ist. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Joachims super hilfsbereite Mutter, mit der wir uns so hervorragend verstanden haben.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch bemerkenswert, von Spielen, Duschgel bis zu seperaten Decken war alles dabei.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Morgens einen leckeren Kaffee auf der Terrasse, während man die Bienen summen und Kuhglocken läuten hört. Es war so ruhig und entschleunigend. Man muss sich darüber im klaren sein, dass man relativ viel fahren muss um verschiedene Aktivitäten machen zu können, aber das steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der Ruhe die man dafür mit der Wohnung bekommt. Bei sternenklarer Nacht konnten wir sogar die Milchstraße sehen. Danke Else
