Vacation rentals with lake access in Schwangau

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

Good amenities in the bathroom, bedroom and living area. A small goodie bag for our dogs, which made us very happy. Also very straightforward was the additional booking for a few nights on the sofa bed. With a toddler, two dogs and two/three adults, it was spacious enough for us. Everything was very clean and maintained. In good weather, the garden and terrace are worth it. Very nice surroundings, lots of paths for walking and nice people. Ulm is easily accessible and has lots of shopping. The communication with Roland was very straightforward, quick and concrete. Check-in and out were also very easy.

The cottage has been made the most of visually and in terms of furnishings. The beds are totally comfortable. For a longer stay, there is a lack of storage space for clothes or the like, but we simply lived out of the suitcase over the weekend. In general, there is enough space for 8 people to sleep and eat, but not necessarily to spend a lot of time in the house. The location itself is beautiful on the Ammersee and you are also very quickly on the lake promenade on foot, where life is. The fact that the cottage is on a campsite was sufficiently described, but unfortunately it was still not so clear to us that people camp directly under/on the terrace and you have less privacy than expected. All around really very sweet and cozy and recommended for larger groups who want to spend a lot of time on and around the Ammersee and are looking for a nice place to sleep.

We had a great stay in Egling. The house really left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back and would always recommend the place.

Great views of the lake from the room, very quiet.The room is clean, the host will communicate the check-in method in advance, and you can enter the room smoothly.We can find everything we need.The only minor issue is that people living in the living room may find the refrigerator a little noisy.

We felt super comfortable. The location was perfect for our bike trips. The communication was always very friendly and fast. The place had everything we expected and left nothing to be desired. There's a lot of love in it. The big street in front of the house is relatively quiet at night and the windows are very well insulated, so no problem at all. We were very, very satisfied and would come back at any time and warmly recommend this place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The lodging was very comfortable—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the off-street parking, which made things super convenient. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the lake and a nearby playground, which was ideal for our family. It was an absolute pleasure staying in Doris home, Sarah and Dora are wonderful! I felt so comfortable in this home, there was many Special Christmas and lights decorations all around the house and through the garden. It looks like a fairytale home full of special decorations! The hosts make you feel comfortable and they are very helpful. The front lake view is insanely beautiful, like a little piece of paradise! Super quiet apartment, the train station is quickly reached. With the spa card, free use of public transport, so it's super relaxed. Parking spot outside the house. Everything in the village is within walking distance. Very good Wi-Fi. Very good bed. Rainy days can be enjoyed in the apartment. Be sure to go to Bregenz, to the lake stage and to the Pfänder. The hiking trails are good for strollers and grandmothers from the lowlands. A nice apartment to come back from vacation relaxed. A Lillet will always remind us of Steffi and Roland from Wasserburg🥰. Michael was a great host. The instructions were clear, the apartment was just like the pictures. Super big, all clean, felt like home. The area is amazing and it is totally worth staying for a few nights to explore the town.

Nice house on a camping ground. Well equipped and with a nice private garden. Camping has a playground, restaurant and close to a lake.

We had an incredibly great girls weekend. The place is super modern and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and a special highlight was that we could grill in the evening. Kati is a very nice host who responds quickly and leaves nothing to be desired. The surroundings are absolutely idyllic. In the morning, cows ran past our house and we were able to take beautiful walks directly from the front door. Parking is also sufficiently available. We absolutely enjoyed it and can clearly recommend Airbnb =)

We were incredibly warmly welcomed!Sabine has a truly beautiful house right on the lake with its own jetty to linger and easy access to the lake! The house tells its own story, historically and lovingly restored! Everything was as described, the rooms are cozy, wonderfully comfortable beds, everything is tip-top clean and a view of the lake as it could not be more beautiful!Lake view from the room and balcony! Great stay, small but nice! Everything is available, great amenities. Also suitable for a weekend with a larger group (if you have no problem with a sleeping camp), especially due to the large terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Around the cottage, you are completely alone and do not have to be considerate of neighbors. We will be happy to come back!!

Our stay at Katrins place was great! she was always very kind and responsive, happy to accomodade some pecial needs we had because of the kids. She also proactively organize discounted ski tickets for Hochfügen. The house is exactly as in the pictures, lots of space for even a big group. Location is very good, close to some ski resort and some cute lakes.
