The appartment is located in a very quiet apartment house and is completely equipped - kitchen, bathroom, balcony, large bed, sofa, enough storage and baby utilities. A 5m long balcony offers a nice view at Haidmuhle mountain surroundings, and invites to enjoy a good coffee. You can also enjoy bike trips & hiking to virgin nature, in winter skiing is a must.

The apartment at the beginning of a cul-de-sac contains an equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed (can be pulled out for up to 2 people, you sleep on 2 real mattresses) and bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Parking is available on the premises as well as adjacent to a large hiking parking lot. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers.

The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight.
