Monthly Rentals in Schönbrunn, Hietzing

It is a very nice little apartment everything necessary is available. For much, a very great plus is the location! Simply Perfect! Very well connected to bus and tram. Shopping is also not far away and a supermarket is almost right outside the door. It made a lot easier :)

The apartment is simply great – tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. The quiet location was ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. We found the walks in the nearby Schönbrunn Park particularly beautiful, whether in the morning or in the evening – a real highlight! The contact with Guy was very pleasant and straightforward, and we were well informed in advance about everything important. The only small downside: The sofa was not quite as comfortable. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend the apartment – we felt completely comfortable!

I enjoyed my stay at Nikolai's apartment. It was very clean and well organized. It's also a 15 minute walk from Schoenbrunn Palace and near Ubahn 3. He was quick to respond when I commumicated with him as well. Overall a very good experience.

It was my second stay in this amazing, cosy apparent that made my stay in Vienna wonderful & to come back home to the apartment was always a big pleasure!!! My biggest gratitude to Hannes for all details in the flat, all needed facilities, for a clean atmosphere, for so many dishes inside that make the stay always super comfortable & cosy!!! The location of the apparent is so nice to go both to the city centre & the train station!!! I enjoyed it so much !!! :)
