Stunning view over the city, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Watch out, Wed 14th May check out at 9am instead of 11am. Apartment in the center, opposite Wiedikon train station, 10 min from Zurich HB. Many cafes and restaurants. Perfectly located to explore the city of Zurich and surroundings. This is my main accommodation so complete, a double bed + sofa bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom, personal stuffs.
