Vacation rentals with beach access in Schisma Eloundas

Very nice cottage with an extraordinary view of the sea, which can be enjoyed at any time from the 3 terraces (one downstairs kitchen/living room and another for each of the 2 bedrooms). Impeccable cleanliness, with maid passage every day. Communication with Daphni before booking, then before our arrival was at its best. We were able to drop off our luggage at noon when we arrived and then access our place in the afternoon. It is possible to walk to my beach in Voulisma (pretty beach, but private and crowded), but also to other beautiful little secluded and deserted coves. Istron's restaurants are not the best in Crete, with the terraces overlooking the main road and without a view, but we found very nice restaurants, a few kilometers away.

Lovely Penthouse apartment with gorgeous shared pool. Very comfortable and well equiped. Area is gorgeous. Access to lovely safe beaches was the easiest we have ever had. Andre recommended Car Plan for car hire who were also excellent Whilst we picked up the car at the airport thay had an office very close to the apartment which happily we didn't need to use. Gorgios and Stefania who were our local contacts were also extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks to everyone for helping to make our holiday special.

The host was incredibly polite and hospitable throughout our stay. The apartments are conveniently located, with easy access to local restaurants and taverns. On one occasion, we encountered an issue with the tap, but the host promptly resolved it without any additional charges. Their excellent English skills and helpful resources were greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this host and their apartments. You're sure to have a fantastic time during your stay.

It’s a very nice room among the olive groves. Very quiet and lots of local restaurants just in town, a short walk away.

Marianthi is a very friendly host and the apartment is super nice being very close to the wonderful sea! We have been here for the second time and enjoyed every moment!

Small but modern apartment, close beach at one side but also close restaurants, shops at the other side, our apartment (oasis) was at the back and was very quiet what we enjoyed so much, the apartment equipped with basic stuffs. Very clean and I can recommend this place. Our host, Stelios was very helpful and gave me plenty of informations, recommendation etc. Thank you and well done Stelios!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment has the best views. In the middle of everything you need in Plaka, great restaurants and shop 50 yds away. I will visit again next year again in October. Thanks Lilly.

Stella is a friendly, kind & helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy & well situated (walking distance to village & beach) Apartments are north facing so plenty of shade on balcony during hotter summer months Plenty of Space to park & a lovely outdoor cooking/eating area.

Very private, no noise from neighbors. We hardly heard any noise from the traffic as the apartment is not directly on the road. We stayed for a week and spent much time on the incredible balcony: you can always find a space in the shade there. We loved the Galini beach nearby. only downside is that you have to walk for 200 meters along the road, as there is no footpath. There is a private beach closer by, but not everyone will be willing to climb down. It's doable for most people, but it is no walk in the park. If you like solitude, or if the Galini beach is too crowded, then certainly try to go the private beach. The WiFi in the apartment and on the balcony is good enough to stream video to one laptop. We had a tremendous time and certainly will come back some time in the future

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Maria was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs! This was a beautiful place to stay, very safe and peaceful.

It was my third time staying at Millys House and it was just wonderful again. ☺️ Location, accommodation, beautiful neighborhood with great bars and restaurants (and friendly cats) - it was all very nice. Very good contact or communication with the landlord, inquiries were answered very quickly. We will definitely visit again! We had a great time in Mochlos, a really beautiful village, it’s still a hidden gem I would say. The apartment was lovely, cosy and comfortable, the bar next door was actually really nice and we sat there many times. Recommendation!

great place, perfect for a familh as well. A short walk to the beach and local taverns. A short drive to Agios Nicholas with great shopping and city walking.

We had a lovely stay at Mapia's home, everything was what we were expecting with the added bonus of meeting Mapia's parents and other members of extended family. They were all available if we had any problems (we didn't) but not intruding at all. George another family member, introduced himself and we could go to him if we had any questions. A lovely relaxing holiday, thank you Mapia 😊

We had a great stay! The apartment had everything we needed with a beautiful view from the balcony. Good location, just 15 min away from Agios Nikolaos. Would recommend!

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing place. Very private and quiet. Location is also great, lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops to walk to. If I have the chance will definitely come back. Recommend it!

The host are super nice, always respond to app and ask if all is well (She had even baked brownies for us). In addition, the apartment is quite spacious and every room has air conditioning. The balconies are very nice to start the day with a beautiful view. The bathroom is also great, with a rain shower and even a washing machine. In addition, everything was clean and well arranged.

The apartment was tidy, free of clutter and clean. Simple but all the things needed and promised were available. Grateful for the welcoming tray and particularly the offering of Cretan oranges. The host was very prompt in their responses any time we have a question which was very helpful. I had been to a few more airbnb places in the previous days and this was the most comfortable bed I experienced that week. Please note that it is located up the hill so take this into consideration when planning to drive/walk there.

The apartment is top renovated, perfectly located just next to the sea, with a perfect view over the sea and harbor. Perfect beach for swimming in the morning, or whenever required. Good style decoration, that fits the apartment very well. Well equipped kitchen, also with all the things required for cooking already there, salt, pepper, oil,… The best bed mattresses we have tried, which can sometime be a challenge when sleeping out. Very helpful host that received us, even though we arrived 0:30 in the night. This is not our last stay there.

We loved our stay in Alex's apartment. Tris Ekklisies is a perfect peaceful seaside village, away from the crowds. The beach is so close and we loved the quiet side, finding a spot under a tree for the day. The sea is great for snorkeling and there are a few tavernas to choose from. The drive down the mountain is spectacular, we recommend Sunny Hill Cafe for a drink or some food on the way. The apartment was lovely, bright and comfortable. We hope to be back one day!

We really fell in love! Dimitra is an exceptional host, she perfectly embodies the sense of hospitality and welcome of the Cretans. While we booked for an arrival the same evening, she struggled to find a crib for our 18-month-old daughter (the property does not usually accommodate children) and multiplied the adorable touches. Even her 10-year-old daughter lent her stuffed animals!! We were very touched by this particularly warm welcome. The apartment is perfect, superb decoration, hyper functional, very well equipped and quiet. Special mention for the quality of the bedding, very comfortable! Sisi is a very pleasant small beach town, restaurant and shops within walking distance. This is by far the best Airbnb experience we've had, everything was absolutely perfect, on all counts.
