House located a few kilometers away from Budoni and reachable in about ten minutes by car. Flawless accommodation, everything as advertised. Carlo was always very kind and helpful in responding to requests. Highly recommended

Communication with Simone was excellent. The place was very clean and had everything necessary. Except for the bathroom, all rooms were modernly furnished. The bathroom is a bit outdated. The location of the place is good. A car is necessary. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes by car. Nearest beach can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Wonderful quietly situated accommodation close to Olbia and San Theodoro. For us, one of the best-equipped properties in all of Sardinia. From clothes rack, cooler bag for the beach to fully equipped kitchen with super basic equipment (salt pepper oil coffee) and even eggs, milk and Sardinian biscuits and wine - as a nice welcome greeting. Perfect, convenient location to explore the area also everything given from dream beach to hiking in the mountains to waterfalls or city. Easy check-in through key box. Everything was perfect for us, we'll be back.
